  • WHAT I EAT IN A WEEK | WHAT'S FOR DINNER
    Kind of a boring week, but delicious all the same!
    *MONDAY:
    Baked Camembert with garlic and rosemary and some toasted bread.
    *TUESDAY:
    Cheesesteak Pasta: I don't have a recipe for this because I was just playing around, but what I did use was... some thinly sliced steak, an onion sliced, a couple handfuls of pasta cooked through. To make the sauce make a roux with equal parts butter and flour. Add beef broth and stir until thick. All all the ingredients into the pan with some provolone cheese and you're done!
    *WEDNESDAY:
    Open faced meatball sub. I used some prepped meatballs from the freezer (video: • FREEZER RESTOCK | MEAL... ) Toasted up a roll along with the meatballs. Topped with sauce and mozzarella cheese. Put it under the broiler and let it melt!
    *THIRSDAY:
    Frozen french onion soup from Costco!
    *FRIDAY:
    -Roasted bone in/skin on chicken thighs: 375F for 40-50 minutes with a broil at the end.
    -Roasted brussel sprouts: toss trimmed sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon pepper. 400F oven, cook until your desired doneness!
    -Crispy smashed potatoes: boil little potatoes until fork tender, transfer to a baking sheet with olive oil and then smash the potatoes. Top with olive oil, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. 450F oven and roast until your desired doneness!
