By applying arterial needle retrograde and venous needle always anterograde have several benefits over treatment. As this placement decreases the chances of recirulation ,and it is also easier for the technician to remove needle after the treatment. By using rope ladder technique (rotating site) decreases the chance of aneurysm formation.

If there is enough space to cannulate then you can use retrograde and if Cannulation area is less then antegrade
