Nooo! Barrett! Its rough seeing you go! I first saw your channel when my friend recommended me the house tour video that blew up. Then I took a closer look and became super interested in your travel journey. Seeing your photography and vlogs became part of my inspiration during quarantine to study Japanese and eventually go to Japan. Now I am in college and my plan is study abroad in the Spring semester 2024. I wanted to meet up with you!
Even though you are gone, watching this video is interesting because maybe your past in Japan is my future.

Thank you!! Yeah, it was a hard decision to leave. I’ll be back in Japan from time time time though and I’m hoping to continue making videos, taking photos, etc. Good point, my past will be similar to your future, hopefully! And if you end up leaving Japan as well.

I can see Hawaii can be isolated from mainland US but I live in oklahoma but it’s right in between west and east coast. Either way I still have to do long distance drive or fly if I want to go to LA or NYC
