I initially thought it was because Mohg is an efficient sexual predator, but then I remembered that Omen, lore-wise, are plagued with terrible nightmares. Omenkillers even wear masks based on the things that haunt their dreams. It makes sense that Omen would be reluctant to fall asleep, especially when you've been snorting blood of the Formless Mother and fondling a shriveled arm for god-knows-how-long
Also it's really interesting that Haligtree Soldiers get a massive +76 sleep resist. Since it's officially confirmed that St Trina was a part of Miquella, and the Haligtree was his creation it makes sense his soldiers would have a massive sleep resistance
That and at 33:30 Hewk going absolutely berserk in the background with that muffled screaming being just hearable over the talking. I couldn't get past that part without losing it. The edits and jokes really make these videos something special.

12:08 if anyone's actually wondering, its the stats they have. Frenzy enemies need to be immune to frenzy, so they have a functionally infinite (its like 1000) focus stat. Focus also determines sleep resistance
dude, what? the only enemies that are susceptible to madness are player characters and those that use their movesets, none of which are the frenzy-aligned enemies he's talking about. the reason they're immune to sleep is 100% due to the thematic dichotomy between sleep and madness, refer to Kale's cut quest for more info
For LORE, the reason frenzied enemies can’t sleep is because their eyes have been burned out of their sockets, now filled with the unrelenting Flame of Frenzy.

it is indeed a neat detail that the various crabs function with the "you are what you eat" thing, because it true. deathblight crabs will always have a bit of deathroots around. and if there is nothing special then you just have normal crabs that just shoot water.
