One of our beauty spot in Jamaica spur tree i love to see the good drivers taking their little time down that hill nice look only drive with care truckers God bless us all beautiful
All these drivers are doing this the smart way, I'd be terrified to go down that hill in a fully loaded truck any faster than 30-40 mph, especially knowing the habit of companies overloading their trailers.
The trucking business in Jamaica needs serious regulations. Overloading and speeding should be a no, no !!! People don’t know the road codes , hence they seldom give way to heavier vehicles which result in unnecessary accidents. Drivers need to know some mechanics and defensive driving skills to improve safety. These days, from what I see, I wonder if anyone cares about safety on the roads, and sanitation in Jamaica, it’s just a miserable failure. With more state of the art highways, the conditions show no signs of improvement.
Come to Jamaica u will find out I mean it properly better now back than pot out for days 😂truck drivers are the most skilled mechanic they work on they vehicle that’s why they can push over the limit(not suppose) but if u put a stock American truck down that hill overweight it’s not gonna make it down the first corner.
Jamaica has no Hill go to Oregon on the cabbage patch on 84 or on the 5 from California up to Oregon the 10 going west into Los Angeles Jamaica roads are babies. I come off some mountain in Pennsylvania between Delaware speed 10 mph, going up 15 mph how steep. I can go on and on

Spur Tree Hill is by no means the steepest roadway in Jamaica. It may be the longest steep roadway but just simply not the steepest
