Ryno this is a genuinely genius video bro. The view count has surpassed most of you recent videos in 5 hours. Even if you trained him many years ago. And this interview is old as shit it's still fucking smart on your part.

Ryno you should do little 5-10 min videos, or honestly longer if you felt like it, on breaking down what you see when you watch the races. It’s be cool for you to breakdown Deegan before Washugal when he was qualifying like 10th-12th and then turnin it up for races to get top 3’s and top 5’s. Vs after that 1-1 in Shugal when he started qualifying top 2-3 and had that speed and although he faced big obstacles in those final 3 nationals with the bike exploding which screwed his gate and scrapped that day, before the red flag when he was 9 seconds gone in 15 minutes and crash which screwed his gate for the next Moto, and being so sick at ironman he couldn’t do media questions on Friday or Saturday after the races. He still showed imo a crazy step up in his riding. I know hunters bike blew up too. But I think if Deegans bike doesn’t blow, & the red flag doesn’t fly we are talkin a rookie champ. But it’d be cool to see and hear your thoughts on little Deegz

Ryno, can you comment to Carmichael saying Deegan has more of a bulldog approach with less technique but more aggression and how that relates to his speed? You are generally very critical of technique. Is there any flaws in Deegan's riding technique that is hindering his ability? Because the dude hauls the mail and so did Carmichael without the technique of say a Jett or a Chase.

I always though Ryno trained Deegan, but I was never entirely sure. Ryan, if you are still training him, his roll speed into the corners seems like it’s improved exponentially the last half of the MX season. He can rail the crap out of a corner, but the way he’s been taking them is so much faster and controllable. Still sends it though 🤙🏻. I watched your video explaining why Jett is so good on the bike. That he always keeps the bike under him, pivots his hips very well, and keeps the plane in his spine at a constant degree. I’ve been watching Deegan trying to see if he does that well too. Hard to tell considering I’m no professional. Really hope you’re teaching Deegan all of those things 🙏🏻. This kid is our best hope for an American to dominate the 250 class again. I love his intensity on track though. You can’t teach that level of awareness. Could go on and on.. I think this kid has something special in terms of riding ability, but most of all his attitude. All top tier riders have the ability to win, learning how to manifest championship worthy performances is another. I think he has what it takes. Really stoked you’re making more and more content. Keep it up! Very interesting theories behind MX.

Seldom does the truth, the real truth come out. I mean there is lots of knowledge that I have that I don’t tell anybody. Because I use it to my advantage and when it comes to being competitive you don’t wanna have your opponents know what you know. Really the only way to gain true knowledge is experience and age. Or learning from someone who is out of the game and willing to pass on golden knowledge to younger generations. 👊🏼

the best riders make it look effortless they are part of the bike not riding the bike. They know every aspect its like riding a horse you have to adjust with the movement and the terain but in the end you are just becoming one single unit. To much effort equals to much energy and you end up not being a part of the machine.
