Totchoes on the Blackstone griddle

Loaded tots on the Blackstone griddle

Preheat your griddle or cast iron skillet to med. high heat
oil the griddle top or cast iron with your choice of cooking oil
drop frozen tater tots or crowns {I prefer crowns} spread out so they all cook evenly
start cooking your choice of breakfast, Italian, or regular sausage or burger of choice
once it's browned add melted queso or again your choice of cheese
onion powder garlic powder salt pepper {any other seasoning you might like}
mix all together heat through garnish with green onion and serve

That's some comfort food right there! You just gave me a great idea for dinner! I didn't stop at store but I know I have tater tots so I'll probably do cheddar cheese chives and sour cream. In the future I may try it with ground beef, a little tomatoes onions, jalapeños garnish and yeah, green onions would be great too with drizzle of crema.. that may just be the next dish I try to do for a family function. You're so right.. so many things you can do! Thanks for this great idea. Totchoes!
I'm starving now! So i just put the tots to cook and remembered I have bacon! I can do bacon with cheese and sour cream!
