AERO industry will never pick in Hyd. Look at new deals with Airbus and others. All critical projects are heading to Guj / UP corridor. And even SemiConductor industry will not come to Hyderabad - Heavy water dependent and requires cheap land which is NOT available around Hyderabad....Industry wise Hyderabad is saturating. Don't call warehouses & Data Centers as Industry 🙂

I can say many of my friends nris invested at high price and now they are not able sell at what they expected. It's all illusion, u might or might not get what u want but fair chances to struck in the middle because by that time political n reality demand n turmoil will change. It's might injure u r financial plan because u will struck with single property instead a diversification which most people don't know or don't like. Sorry to keep the truth in place.
