This is exactly what I need, I suffer from ptsd, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, ocd after losing my husband in Iraq. It’s been 25 years and still just dealing…it’s better sure but there’s def very bad, dark days. Esp w other trauma in my life. The way you and your dog care for ea other, the simple quietness, the sound of the water or rolling thunder, the cinematography…Respect. Today I am working with my dog to crate train him so he can safely ride in our new car together. He doesn't know it yet but the little bit of discomfort he's experiencing now will pay off massively for him and I both once we start touring. We sat in silence with your video playing on the TV, he eventually lost interest in stating his contempt for being restrained and started to relax and even watched a little bit of film with locked attention for a minute or so. I watched the whole thing. I am prescribed periodic ketamine treatments. I generally close my eyes and listen to soft music during the treatment. This time I keep my eyes open and watched your film. I sadly lost my 23 year old daughter last July 2022 to an accidental fentanyl overdose. It has been a rough couple of months as you might expect. That said I found your video very cathartic the views where breathtaking and the music was spiritual. I felt my daughter’s presence here with me as I watched your journey in HDR on the big screen. It was magnificent from here I can’t imagine what it must’ve been like being there. These days I truly appreciate a pleasant distraction. It’s rare that I can find one that last for three hours without interruption. I was pleasantly transfixed, thank you.
Ok, Kraig, I was with you all through the Solo Khumbu, until you heli’d out to Lukla. She’d a few tears remembering my youth, trekking for a month, round trip on foot from Jiri to Gokyo to Jiri…the hardest trek I’ve ever done, solo, unsupported the entire way. I’ll never be able to do it again, but am glad I made memories for myself, which I highly recommend we all do when we are young! Cheers, and we’ll done!

Kraig, I'm so happy you made this video with your doggy. My Basil is getting old, but still loves his meanders through the parks. It saddens me that he has joint pain and will leave me.
This video came on randomly for me but I'm saving it to a playlist. My cats are always in my bed with me and on my days off they wake me up and poke at me until I get out of bed and feed them. However, with this video on in the background, they stay asleep for many extra hours and I'm able to sleep in a bit on my days off! Apparently, this video is very relaxing to them (and me too!).

This is exactly what dogs need! Not to be stuck in a 1 bedroom apartment in some random city with no other dogs or nature to interact with

I sadly lost my 23 year old daughter last July 2022 to an accidental fentanyl overdose. It has been a rough couple of months as you might expect. That said I found your video very cathartic the views where breathtaking and the music was spiritual. I felt my daughter’s presence here with me as I watched your journey in HDR on the big screen. It was magnificent from here I can’t imagine what it must’ve been like being there. These days I truly appreciate a pleasant distraction. It’s rare that I can find one that last for three hours without interruption. I was pleasantly transfixed, thank you.
Ok, Kraig, I was with you all through the Solo Khumbu, until you heli’d out to Lukla. She’d a few tears remembering my youth, trekking for a month, round trip on foot from Jiri to Gokyo to Jiri…the hardest trek I’ve ever done, solo, unsupported the entire way. I’ll never be able to do it again, but am glad I made memories for myself, which I highly recommend we all do when we are young! Cheers, and we’ll done!

I am somewhat reclusive due to my nature as an introvert. I love my solitude and I love nature. I could have your videos playing all the time in the background and it would be heavenly for me. In addition - I do not travel myself as I get chronic vertigo and am getting older as well. This video came on randomly for me but I'm saving it to a playlist. My cats are always in my bed with me and on my days off they wake me up and poke at me until I get out of bed and feed them. However, with this video on in the background, they stay asleep for many extra hours and I'm able to sleep in a bit on my days off! Apparently, this video is very relaxing to them (and me too!).

it was pure joy- thanks so much for sharing your hiking experience- I have been on some of those hikes and recognized the location which brought back pleasant memories. I thought your video capture the landscape and the beauty of God nature and the grandeur of His earthy creation.
