- All the arms and abs!! This is going to be one of those workouts that you will feel the extra blood actually pumping to the arms!
Slow, exact and extremely intense!
The timer will be on for 1 minute per exercise with 20 seconds rest inbetween!
There is a staple of dips that will only appear 4 times in total!
All you will need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells, your mat and a chair!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 8kg each!

I LOVED this workout and felt every press, curl & dip!
Always make these workouts to suit you!
Perform push ups with hands on an elevated surface if preferred!
Perform an alternative for dips such as tricep press, skullcrushers or even kick backs depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
And the same applies to the abs portion… perform alternating leg, lower to a certain point or bend at the knees for leg lowers.
I try to remember that these are my workouts too so when I need to drop the weight to the floor for a moment or come out of dips temporarily I ensure I do so that I maintain good form and reduce risk of injury.
Train hard but also treat your body with respect and always listen to it!

When I first started working out with Caroline last August, I could barely do one push- up on my knees. Now with these amazing workouts, I’m able to do at least 10 push-ups off my knees! What a victory! Thank you CG!!!😘😘
Same, girl 😬 Before training with her, I despised push-ups and could only do about 5. Now my family thinks I'm crazy doing all these variations. 😂 Unlocked spiderman push-ups recently! She definitely made me fall in love with training upper body. 🤩

Surprisingly, the first 25 reps of the finisher (skullcrusher pushups) were fine, I did all 25 at one go. The next 25 (tricep push-ups), I had to split it into 10-10-5. The triceps were burning when I got into the diamond and neutral cobras, but by that time, there was no turning back LOL.
Hi Rita...yes I managed the 25 skullcrushers with just one very short break...but then I found the tricep push ups so hard! I got through...but only with breaks and by using the pause button! The cobras just worked my triceps to absolute failure! Enjoy your active rest day and I'll see you tomorrow! Matthew

I am really liking Endgame and I’ve had admiration for all the Epic series. There’s something special 😉 about this one though. I’m so glad she keeps testing our limits (I am not good at push-ups) and this one did just that 💪 (oh my abs!)
Agreed! I keep wondering - am I truly getting stronger, cause these workouts have my legs and arms shaking! But then I check the weights and reps I'm doing and compare them to last year, and without a doubt I'm stronger. I do enjoy the exertion soreness - it means I've pushed myself hard.
It is a great challenge! At first I thought I had to be up to the trainer ... for a long time now, thanks to Caroline, I know that the challenge is with myself and that the coach is only our guide and motivator!

My arms were screaming all the way through that, apart from the abs bit, and my abs were screaming then! That finisher was fire, but I have a tremendous feeing of satisfaction now its done. Thank you for another amazing workout Caroline. 😍🤩😍

Morning, Matthew. Yesterday's leg day was just exceptional! I can feel it in my legs! 100 goblet squats was a spicy finisher. I just love what Caroline wrote- train hard but respect your body. This is the advice that every generation needs.
What a workout! Biceps and triceps came to a party and they left exhousted haha. The last 21s were just painful. The abs circuit was superb as always and the finisher was a burner. 25 tricep push ups after all the dips? But I did it! What an accomplishment for all of us. Finished with the add-on, one of my favourites 💪💪

Hi Philippa...so true! The abs blast was, as you say a superb workout in itself! I loved it...and actually went through this sequence fine and feeling strong! The finisher was a bit of a different story...I needed to stop several times and I was much slower than Caroline! But I finished in the end! By that stage my triceps were so tired!! I just had to stop and use the pause button and break the push ups into smaller sets! But eventually I finished! I loved the cardio add on! Have fun! Matthew

Oh my god, Caroline. When I encountered your skullcrusher push-ups for the first time a little bit over a year ago when I started working out with you and was doing EPIC I, at first I had to go "What in the hell are those? How do you do them?" And the best I could do for a long time whenever they came up were a few reps from my knees, after I got used to the movement. So when they popped up again here for the finisher I started from my knees again, as always. But this time they felt TOO EASY, so I figured I'd give them a shot from my toes, just for funsies. Only to discover I could ACTUALLY DO THEM NOW?! I mean, about 2-3 reps at a time, but I could do them! What the hell! God damn, this made my week hahaha. I'm so proud of this development, and thank you so much for your excellent workout programmes (: (: If you happen to read this, I hope you're doing well! Love, Louelle
Been looking forward to this one this week as love the abs added! Legs are feeling it after yesterday's session, I really took the time to get low into the squats etc! RDL's are one of my favourite moves so loved it yesterday! Managed with my 15kgs! The finisher was on point! Thank you Caroline 😊

I think this just became my new favorite arm workout🥰! That really was amazing!!🤩 My arms are so pumped up right now😆! I love it! Haha! I loved each section. The staple was just plain awesome with the long sets. The bicep portion was KILLER!!! All those 21s were so challenging. But boy was it great. I really enjoyed how the ab section built on itself..and so did the burn🥴😆. I knew those 100 pushups would come at some point. For the finisher, I did 25x each of diamond pushups, tricep pushups, diamond cobras and neutral cobras. The tricep pushup portion took me forever but 'quality over quantity'😊. We definitely weren't messing around today and I loved every burning minute. Thanks so much Caroline. I absolutely can not wait for Friday! Calisthenics🙌🏻!! Bring it on! See you then.😁

Eighteen minutes in and my arms are already completely dead ☠☠☠ No matter how many 100s of these workouts I do, they are always the hardest workout I've ever done!

Oh my word I better have more amazing arms after that work out! That was super tough but so rewarding! Love when a work out really challenges the movements! Used 8kg through out. As for the finisher - decided to do the skull crushers last as they are my weakness - such a difficult move and one I get frustrated about but at least I was able to even do them today - slowly - very very very slowly!

Loved this workout, especially the switch from dips to curls! The finisher was tough, I had to perform the triceps push ups on my knees...but I did the workout with (for me) heavy dumbbells, so nothing to be sad about ;) Really looking forward to a rest day :)

It was so ouch😱😱 found this really really tough. Started with 7.5kg but my arm started acting up so dropped to 6kg. Did whole workout with these and golly it was 🔥🔥. Great combination and so tiring on the arms. The finisher was another level altogether today. Did most of these from my knees as my tricep pushups not great but still burned. Loved abs in the middle of the session. Went on to do chilled cardio add on and loved that.

This was hard. Tricep pushups are the hardest for me so no need to say that 100 were particularly challenging! But I feel stronger and stronger and that is such a great feeling. Thank you so much Caroline!

I love, love the finishers but boy do I struggle with push-ups. Today’s was seriously challenging. Not sure if you counted you would end up with 100 😩 😊 Endgame is amazing!!
I got by with 25 wall push ups, 25 on ground regular with a few tricep practice ones. And then the 25 each of cobra diamond and neutral. Oh and I swapped out the dips for kickbacks (my wrists thanked me for that move 😁)

Tough workout but so rewarding! Only 20 seconds of rest after 1 minute of work seemed to way too short, but it sure did make the workout seem to fly by. Abs portion was tough with no rest. I think I cheated a little by dropping my legs a few times during hovers. And the finisher was so hard! I ended up doing more of a diamond push-up instead of the skull crusher push-ups. I still can’t do even one of those 😌 but that’s ok….Baby steps and improvements in other areas for sure. By the time I got to Triceps push-ups, I could only do two at a time, then rest for a beat. But I completed it and sort of made up for it by doing a few extra cobra push-ups at the end 😉 Another solid arm session from Caroline, love those biceps curls, always make me feel like a beast 💪🏻

I actually thought the finisher was going to put me down, because... Well, 100 push-ups; dah!!! I was so surprised with my skullcrushers and tricep push-ups; slowly, but I did them pretty well and a lot easier than I thought I would. I am so proud of myself! And again I owe Caroline for having helped me overcome my limits and improve every single day, even if just a little bit. Love the feeling🔥, love my self esteem 🥰, love the results😍, love the improvements in form 💪... Thanks for all that, Caroline; you're definitelly angel. 🙏

I’ve gone down a whole pant size since January 5 when I found caroline. I’m losing weight without changing much of my diet so far. I’ve lost 7 pounds and am only about 10 pounds over my natural weight. I really love your workouts!
Wow it was amazingly hard and challenging! But it is already in the past :) Thank You, Caroline! I could do all the finisher and what's more I did well also the skullcrusher push ups! That finisher… I believe I speak for all Girvanators when I say “OMG Caroline are you nuts?!” Just doing any skullcrusher push ups is tough, so to do 25 of them followed by 25 tricep push ups, and then 50 cobras… I won’t be surprised if I’m literally screaming for mercy by the end! 😱
I’ve fallen behind a bit so I’ll probably end up doing this on Friday… I’m so excited! 😀

But all the time I was thinking about the finisher and I found that hard! I needed several breaks and very unusually for me I had to use the pause button once or twice! But I got there in the end! My arms are dead!! Tricep finishers are always tough. Started out thinking, yeh, I'll be able to do 25 skull crusher push ups cos my triceps have had a rest during abs. How wrong was I? Managed 10 before I had to move onto another variation 🤣 That 98th, 99th, and 100 rep 🔥🔥 Thank you ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ohhh, sometimes a minute seems like it will never end! Then that teensy 20 seconds flew by! I really enjoyed this workout. Tough fun! The finisher made me realize that my daily habit of 75 push ups (tris, cobras and diamonds) make a difference. Since I cannot do more than 2 skullcrushers pushups I am going to add a couple daily. Update: (I never know if anyone is reading these but I just share my post-workout thoughts all willy-nilly anyways😂) I don't know why but this went by so fast! The finisher was very slow though LOL, and I took lots more breaks but I could tell my triceps had gotten stronger and I pulled through a bit easier than last time! Hope everyone felt the endorphins and accomplishment after this one! :)

I've kind of adapted my own schedule where I pick and choose my desired workouts throughout the week, but I'm a sucker for new things so I am basically following along with most of Endgame but sometimes at a different pace! I love arms workout, by the end of the session you can see your arms pumped up! And those finishers are so satisfying because we overcome ourselves. Thank you Caroline for all the positive energy and effort you put into these workouts!
At first wondered why Caroline only used 1 pair of dumbbells and only 8kg. I went with it and decided to use a 6kgs. And after the first dips i thought "no wonder she used only 8kgs 😩" and when the biceps part came i was like "ghaadd these 6kgs are too heavy! How can Caroline use 8kgs and still manage to do a proper move 😫" altho she paused for some but still 😆 the finisher was 😵 Thank goodness i still managed to do the last 25 reps of the cobras. love the pump i felt afterwards! 💪🏻💯

Amazing Trish well done on those skullcrushers. I tried doing them but my arm acting up so did 25 ordinary push ups and did the rest from my knees. Loved abs in the middle. Went on to do chilled cardio add on too. Loved that. Just what I needed. Today was tough, tough😱

Ouch my arms are sore! :) Great feeling after a hard workout. I wish I could say I crushed 100 push-ups, but I did do better than I was expecting! Looking forward to repeating this challenge in a few months
I don't know about anyone else but I'm freakin sore every day!! Lol!! I totally look forward to our rest days. Although I did get a treadmill recently and I warm up running 1 to 3 miles before working out with Caroline. Hmm..🤔 might be contributing to my soreness. 🤭Lol!! It's all good! Thank you, Caroline!
