Tbh it's kind of strange hearing a voice for smudge that didn't have a mild speech impediment after his voices in bokbokchoy's WCA or SSS warrior cats

I'm literally crying right now. Relistened to the voice actors several times and I am just overblown with emotion. This series was my start in reading. I was 9 years old when Into the Wild was released and I have been reading and rereading these books ever since. I just loved the world, the characters, the inconsistencies. I would immerse myself into their world and never want to come out. All the tender moments, to the wonderous action scenes, to the plot twists you always saw coming, to even the terribly heart breaking death scenes.. There was always something when I was a kid, that would make me say, "One more chapter before bed!" while I'm reading my book with the last of my sunlight, having no book light and didn't want my parents to know I was still awake.. Here I am now, 28 years old, still current with the books that require me to go to the children's section to buy, but I don't care. These stories will always have a place in my heart, and seeing what WCAnimated is doing with the animation and listening to these wonderful people bring these amazing characters to life... it's beautiful and I thank everyone who is a part of this. You have done what most, if not all of us in this fandom, have wanted for such a long time. SSS was great, but sadly short lived and was never finished. I hope this will take off like it should. My tears are of happiness and just raw emotion over seeing my childhood, finally come alive after all these years. So thank you to this amazing team, to those who tried for a part, and to the rest of the Fandom for keeping Warrior Cats alive. May Starclan light your path!! ❤
God I relate to this so much, I’m crying as well!!! I started reading Warriors at 9 too and here I am at almost 24, more in love than ever; I only have to close my eyes and I can walk every inch of the territories. They’re my home, my family. It makes me so happy to see other people in the same boat and I just can’t believe that after two decades, we’re finally getting the series we’ve always dreamed of. What a time to be a fan
Ha, same. I used to scan the books over a slit of light coming in from the hallway to read them during bedtime. I'm 19 now and still love the series.
I also started reading when I was nine. I’m still a kid, but getting to the age where it’s probably getting too young for me. My friend who introduced me to the books stopped reading because of school. My other friend took a break for awhile. I have a lot of reasons why I keep reading. Nostalgia, they are well written books, they are interesting, etc. But why I really want to keep reading is because when I was little and started reading, I made a promise that no matter my age, I would keep reading them until they stop making the books. If they do stop I will cry. I will cry hard and ugly. I love warriors.
I was 9 too! I didn’t read much but this series is so good and now I read more than usual
I was in 5th grade when into the wild released, i found it in the library of my middle school and read it in 3 days. Didnt stop until they jumped the shark with the darkclan/starclan arc
I won't lie, I was suprised with how well every voice suit their chracter. Can't wait for the final product.

Spottedleaf’s voice was exactly how imagined it! Firepaws had this sort of nostalgic familiarity to it; almost like I’ve heard it before, but not quite. It really brought out his role as the protagonist well. Even reminded me of old Disney movies at times

Bluestars voice sounds sooo great ! Excacly how I imagined her. Not a silk soft voice, but a slightly raspy voice, strenghened by experience and wisdom. It is very charming.
I also adore Smudge and Firepaws voices ! Everyone has done a great job !

These are all such wonderful casting choices!! I love that Smudge has kind of a posh British accent- it fits so perfectly with his sheltered kittypet nature, and Spottedleaf having such a breathy, almost dreamy voice as an homage to her connection to Starclan is so, so perfect! And of course, Bluestar sounds all the seasoned leader she is. I can't wait to see how Diana handles her mental spiral, I'm sure it's going to be amazing!

I’m so happy about the results! Amazing voice actors chosen, so fitting!
I will say what I think about the voices of the characters. So first is Firepaw, I won't lie but this fits perfectly. The voice sounds just as I imagined it. Well, maybe not exactly but close enough. Then we have Graypaw, to be honest, I thought Graypaw would have a darker voice. Well, that is probably since I am far ahead of the series and Graystipe is an adult. This voice is good as it matches Graypaw's age. Smudge was a little bit of a surprise. I never really had any special voice in my head when I read his lines. But this voice is a pretty good match. I really loved Spottedleaf's voice. It's perfect for the character. Now we are at Lionheart. I don't want to sound like I have a favorite. But honestly, this was the best match. I absolutely loved it, as this was exactly how I imagined Lionheart's voice to sound. Awesome! Bluestar was good as well, I thought her voice would be more in another way. Can't really explain it. But this voice is a good pick as well. If you have read all of this then here is some popcorn, because you will need it when this movie/series gets out.
I love bluestars voiceeee. She sounds mature but not too old. It suits her well
Finally someone actually makes Bluestar sound even a little bit strict. Every voice acting for her has made her sound too soft

Omg MacLeod Andrews I hardly recognized his voice from how he narrates the audiobooks! he is probably my favorite of the audiobook narrators I have come across so awesome to see he is lending his voice to this amazing project

@@dianahkennedy Yep, I’ve been in 3 shows this year and opening night for the show that I’m in is today. After the show, I’m going to continue my acting lessons and I’m sure that I’ll improve since 9 months ago, lol. I will practice as much as I can until the next audition for this I am sure.

Oh geez, all of these are amazing! I always wanted Lionheart to turn out to have a voice that sounded like a typical guy with a beard and mustache. Also Spottedleaf with that accent is just perfectio! Smudge sounds just so scared, his talking is quick making him sound scared. And Bluestar sounds like a wise President!! Every one of these are perfect!!!
