I literally shook in fear today crying to kneel to receive Jesus today. It was so weird. Like the agony in the garden. Prayers for courage no fear
I pray for all shepherds ‘ and the pope everyday in my rosaries’ especially lost shepherds ‘who have gone astray in the church
We don't know whether the soul we are praying for is either in Heaven, Purgatory of Hell. What if the soul we are praying for is in Hell? What happens to our prayers for that soul? In the same vein, what happens to our prayers for the soul in purgatory who has been released into Heaven?

I’ve heard prayers for the deceased, who are in heaven or who are in Hell ,will not go to waste , but God will use them to help someone else

This is very true! My parish pastor even admitted once in a homily that he knew he lacked courage to lead. But I can see this priest loves Jesus.
Lacking courage to lead is not a crime, it's more of a lack of training. So many priests are sent out with no practical experience nor guidance from mentors. Small wonder they have a fear of leading. We have to be taught how to do this.

I pray for priests always, and offery daily masses and communions for them. If apriest fears, it is due to lack of trust in God. And lack of trust in God offends Him greatly. Prirsts need to fully trust. They hold Jesus in their hands and loved by Him most,so they must trust😊

2. Praying at Night - This is a very interesting one I still struggle with. I take walks during the night when I try to say my Rosary so I dont fall asleep, ironically I dont doze off during the day however at 3am its a struggle hence I take walks on my corridor.
3. Tithe at Mass: I try to do this, many years ago I used to make the excuse, 'I make donations so this can take the place of tithe', I am wiser now. Thanks Alvaro.

Bishop Strickland isn't following Christ by spreading lies, creating division, creating misunderstanding, and undermining people's belief in the magisterium of the Church and the authority of the Holy Father. There is no "courage" required when he gains the cheap applause of approval for which he will pay a price for all eternity. A "liberal" bishop does far less damage because it is obvious to the faithful that he is teaching falsely. But a "conservative" bishop? Who kneels and prays the rosary in public like a Pharisee? He will take many faithful Catholics with him. Downwards rather than upwards.

He "says" he loves Christ. That is a whole different thing from actually... loving Christ. Were he to really love Christ? He would be faithful to his calling, faithful to his fellow bishops, and faithful to the Holy Father.
Reminds me of a great bishop of the Church who took a whole different tack.
Back in the 70s, Bishop Fulton Sheen said that he could appear on the "front page of the New York Times" at any time he choose. All he would have to do is "criticize Pope Paul VI."
He was right. Later, John Paul II embraced him before he died, and told him he was "a true son of the Church."
He wasn't blinded by the thirty pieces of silver he would have earned by cheap applause had he chosen a renegade path. His 15 minutes of fame would have come and gone. Just as it will for the faithless Bishop Strickland.

Amen. If only Catholics knew this as you always say pray for these souls in purgatory. I have dedicated every after Mass in the week and on Sundays to visit my local cemeteries and pray for the dead. I have a priest who was a cannon in one of the cemeteries South London at Mary magdalene cemetery.

This is an example of a Bishop misleading the faithful. He needs our prayers, so that he may repent and turn back from the road he is on. Before it is too late.

W.R.T. Bp. Strickland, though.. No amen here. Remember courage is a virtue of the mean between rashness and cowardice. Strickland, I believe, was rash in disobeying his superiors. We owe the vatican authorities our submission in not praising behavior that they have censured.
Indeed. He is leading so many astray. Those who would be the most faithful of all, are led down a false path by a bishop who claims to be "conservative" and "traditional" but is at this point more of a protestant. Setting himself up in judgment of the Holy Father.

God through the Blessed VIrgin Mary told me Yesterday that Temptation is allowed not so man sins, but to gain eternal Merit and Glorify God. God does not want to be known as a punishing Entity, but as Love who he is. We have most spiritual things backwards. What I was told helped me greatly to convert instantly.
In Listening to Fr Chad Ripperger in podcasts on Chris Stefanick's RUclips channel, Titled "Q + A WITH AN EXORCIST" Part's 1 through Part's 6. (Fr Ripperger is an Exorcist who questions the diabolic in Exorcism's) But what He said is God Allows the devil to Oppress us, so that we "Grow In Virtue".
Job was a prime example of God allowing oppression.
Exorcist Fr. Ripperger says the same thing about diabolical possession. In some cases, God allows it to give the possessed person the opportunity to gain merit and a high degree of sanctity.
What does this mean? He allows you to be tempted knowing you'll fall into sin?
@@paisley6733 He (God) allows us to be tempted to OVERCOME sin and raise our merit in Heaven, Giving God Glory. You see the more we overcome sin the more we Glorify God by our actions.

The last thing Bishop Strickland is? Is a "fine example" of any such thing. Where is he being "martyred for the truth" when he peddles lies and deceit? And grabs the nearest microphone to do so to willing ears? The easiest applause line these days is to attack the Holy Father. And it always was.
