Machining for PVC profiles with our without steel reinforcements possible.
In case of complete profile processing the sawing operation and processing of profiles are carried out by two different work stations with an intermediate buffer conveyor, which optimises the utilisation of capacity.
Automated screwing, cutting and drilling subsequent to a previous sawing unit.
The innovation: patented pivotable screwdriver on a preceding screwing unit allows an even higher working speed by simultaneous screwing.
Flexible work cycles according to individual requirements for left to right or vice versa in U or Z finish.
Distribution of the high cutting capacity to up to 3 linked subsequent machining centers of the series SBZ 609
By modular enhancement and integration of transfer units the step-by-step extension to a maximum capacity of up to 3 working stations after the saw is possible.
Production extension in stages is possible as each individual machine possesses its own control system and the linked machine communicates interactively without host computer.

Profile lengths and oddments for 500 -- 600 mm
Loading magazine for 10 profile bars with profile widths of up to 130 mm
For each machining module 11-30 routing and drilling units are available for all necessary operation on windows and door profiles.
For each machining module 1 preceding pivotable reinforcement screwing unit for simultaneous screwing of steel reinforcements is available.
3-bladed sawing units(45®/45®/90®front) or 5-bladed sawing unit (45®/45®/90® front/ 45® rear)
Parts length of up to 400 -- 4000 mm
Profile unloading optionally either via transport table, conveyor, or by automatic de-stacking into a profile transport trolley.
We have multiple Elumatec machines and we cut aluminum profiles on them all day long.
