You should do an overview on where you think some of the top relegated players should end up next season. Ward-Prowse, Tielemans, Gnonto etc.
Ward prowse ain't a top player, he is set piece specialist but doesn't do anything else...that's why no one signs him

This isn’t really relevant to the video, but Patson Daka and Iheanacho are interesting ones this summer. If a team like Palace pick them up for a good price they could really shine imo. Same with Salisu at Southampton, I think he’d be a great option for Spurs.

For Chelsea, it is probably more important to get the system in place before spending massively on a star striker straight away. History has shown that any striker that Chelsea sign is not a guarantee of success so spending 150m euros on Osimhen is a big risk, especially when they don't have a style of play in place yet. Also, Osimhen has had plenty of injury issues (he has missed 49 games in the last 3 years at Napoli due to injury) and the last thing Chelsea need is more constantly injured players
Chelsea literally did this 2 years ago with signing Lukaku because "they just need a goal scorer to finish the chances" and it was a disaster. History can very easily repeat itself if Chelsea aren't careful

11:00 As a Bristol City fan, I'd love to keep Alex Scott for longer. We've had a tendency over the past couple of seasons to lose promising young talent (specifically to Bournemouth, Lloyd Kelly and Antoine Semenyo) but the hype for Scott is on another level so I'm pretty resigned to fact that he will leave over the summer.
Getting around £30 mill for him would at least take the sting out of losing yet another talent to the promised land of the Premier League

If Eze gets sold for a good amount; I as a qpr fan, will no longer be worried about our season, we will have the 20-25% of the transfer and the extra money from his call up. We will actually be able to spend once we make a few sales, the rebuild would be real!

As a Luton fan, I can say Nakamba is the one we will want. Choudhury being at Watford last season will mean we may look elsewhere, he gave a bit of attitude towards us in the games and I don't know how well we would gel

Just talking on my club here (Liverpool), I think a CDM is an absolute necessity. I love Fabinho to bits, but his legs just don't seem to be there any more. I'd still keep him as I believe his experience will be important, though we need at least one addition in that role with the hope that Bajcetic will pick up from where he got injured this season. We need a box to box player too who's also comfortable in possession. I would have loved Bellingham though unfortunately bad planning has meant that we just don't have the funds for him with the other changes we need to make.
I like James Ward-Prowse as a West ham fan... feels like he'd fit right in with what we're trying to do with set pieces
its going to be so hard to see him in another prem team shirt but of all clubs id be happy with west ham.
He’s not a Rice replacement however, not defensively good enough compared to Rice

Matheus Franca signed an extension after January last season with some ridiculous release clause. Will be way up above 20 million for him now I'd think.
Kovacic is a much better shout than Brandt for City imo
I think Brandt is a better choice given he's already played alongside Haaland at Dortmund.

As a Bristol city fan i think we want around 25 to 30 mill for Scott. The more important thing is the fit! I think a more stable club like Brighton would be a great move for him but he is the most special player we have had since one young Andrew Cole.

Jim, I just got home from work at which i heard a great Samism. I believe a guest was explaining himself to an old friend, which ended with him saying “so I was really a rock between two hard places”.
If Sp*rs keep Kane then cb is the main area to strengthen but if Kane goes to utd or Chelsea then attempting to replace his goals are just as important. If Kane goes I’d split that money between a tapsoba or maybe a lacroix & another forward so the burden isn’t just on son and richarlison. Son can reach those heights but Richarlison has struggled in north London so it’s unlikely that the two of them will be enough
I would be happy if Thiago Almada went to Fulham. This is coming from an Atlanta United supporter out in the states. I’d like to see Newcastle solely because Almiron would pair up with him as two former Atlanta United players but at least at Fulham he’d be able to get some good game time and be that creative attacking mid or winger they need. Plus I’ll have a team to root for in the Prem now that my Leicester city are gone lol

James - you're a smart man. You can understand why WHU value Rice at 100m+ when the average cost of the players you've suggested for the smaller clubs here have been 20m for an unprem-proven, young player. The cost of players in general has gone way up with an average to decent player now costing 20-40m. So when an international, world-class CDM shows quality in an average WHU team, you can only imagine how much better he could get in a top team thus the high price tag. You get it.
I think gnonto would be a great signing fro city as back up to grealish as we don’t have many options on that left side
Do you know how many centre backs Forest have? I'm beginning to think James knows nothing about Forest. Forest need a keeper, a back up number 9 and some more tenacious midfielders for when Yates and Mangala are not available. No more centre backs!
Plus, I would want probably 30M for Maguire considering the news that he could cost Utd 10M in wages to offload.
As a forest fan I agree we do have alot of centre backs but we lack pace in that position apart from niahkate so a speedy CB would do bit definitely not Maguire especially cos he's just an awful player anyway
You need to ship off McKenna and a few other CBs and upgrade. That’s definitely a position you should be looking at strengthening.

I'm so surprised Dybala goes under the radar every season. Even when he left Juve on a free there wasn't really a big link with a Prem move. 17 goals and 8 assists this season in a Mourinho side is an impressive return in 37 games. Would love to see him at my club, Chelsea

Some moves not only do I want to happen but I genuinely think would be solid moves. Olise to Man City, Osimhen to United, Sancho to Tottenham & Gundogan to Chelsea. Barnes to Newcastle & Hazard to Villa could also go through but no moves I’ve just listed look likely to happen 😂

I can see Scott moving on to a better club like Brighton rather than a Bournemouth, especially as players such as Macallister and Caicedo look to be on their way out. Realistically i could see him going for around 25m so i think your prediction is pretty spot on! (Hoping for 30m)

i have a problem with your "market value" vs. "estimated cost." A player is worth what a team is willing to pay to get him. Period. If a player would cost more than the "market value," then the "market value" is NOT the market value
Fresneda for Arsenal would be a great choice. Play white or tomi at rn against the bigger teams but when we come against a low block, saka especially would benefit massively from an overlapping rb. It would bring the best out of saka in those games and add another element to our attack. That would then eliminate the need to sign another cab as Saliba cover as we’d have white and Tomi that can fill in.

I want to say i remember Fabrizio said Newcastle bid on Franca in January and it was 20 mil which got rejected. Think they wanted double, then he signed a new contract with big release clause. I agree that he would suit palace though

My only issue with Osimhen is he would cost A LOT and does have an injury history. It’s not HORRIBLE, but definitely something to consider before spending that money.

I think the newcastle call is wrong, we already have all the underlying stats and the only thing we have actually lacked (at least when it matters) is solid goal contributing stats
Forest need somebody, anybody, who can play midfield and intelligently pass or think when gaining possession after defending corners or set pieces. Not simply kicking the ball back to the opposition 30 yards away must be worth 8 or more points a season. Coaching Brandt to be a Rodri/Gundoganhybrid would be awesome.

As a Liverpool fan i would honestly rather lavia than macalister dont get me wrong, macalister is great its just watching brighton games he doesn't do enough running to fit klopps system whereas i think lavia is a much better fit

Luton Town should look at Conor Coady; could be relatively cheap considering Everton has not taken up on the buy-option in his loan deal (£3-4 million was pre-agreed). May go for less now.. especially as he looks to get a first-team football + play in a system that suits him.
I think "Fabinho just can't do it any more" is very harsh, but perhaps not being able to do it all on his own is more apt. The whole system was failing many players, and Fab was one of them, but he's been our only de facto DM for years so reinforcing there is long overdue.

Eze to Utd is a horrendous idea, they're already stacked with wingers on both sides i.e Rashford, Elanga, Garnacho, Sancho, Antony, Pellistri, Diallo. Would do much better at a club like spurs if they cant keep a hold of Kulusevski, and even so would provide competition.
