Based on my experience : 1. Take Ibuprofen & Domeperidone tablets before you go to a good night's sleep 2. Take N-Acetyl Cysteine tablet before you start drinking 3. Drink more Water and some drink with electrolytes in it 4. Next day, take antioxidant tablet and multivitamin tablet to protect Liver. Korean Ginseng also might help

Definitely bc of the fact that you weren't fully conscious for a long period of time in between those days, so you were shaken up coming back to reality 🙂 I recently had a similar experience & I can say the feeling is not very fun once it's over, but you also know you should probably take a break before having fun again

The drinking numbs you so heavily That your body forgets how to act and goes into survival mode even though it really doesn’t need to. Psychosis is a whole other beast I hope not to meet again.

Out of desparation I had nothing but an antihistamine. I was as right as rain in half hour . Like I was not going to die . It was totally gone. Since this event I believe more people are allergic to alcohol than they are aware of. Would like to know if anyone else has had this profound relief from one antihistamine. Can actually have a drink or a beer and survive happily. This might seem odd but it is not a joke.i always wanted to be a pisstank like my friends but I was always merely a driver.
Take a maximum of 300 mcg of Molybdenum per day. One hangover cure people swear by are 4-5 eggs (usually drunk raw). The reason is they contain small amount of molybdenum. One of the meals I'm eating while intermittent fasting is black beans, jasmine rice, kielbasa (chopped), lots of chili spices, light olive oil. (Tastes great and forms a complete protein, with lots of fiber) It's about 2 cups of black beans in one meal, which I consume with a beer or hard cider. That amounts to around 260 mcg of molybdenum which is more than enough to eliminate certain toxins created from reasonable alcohol consumption. Molybdenum also is effective at reducing the same toxins created from yeast infections in the body, especially when they're killed with antifungals/antibacterials ("die off" symptoms).
Something i wish i knew sooner drink a Gatorade while ur drinking alcohol or right before u go to bed. This prevents a hangover. Chugging water is ok but sometimes makes people throw up.
Jump in in a super coldest shower. Make sure you got ac running cold after shower and keep hydrated. Ice in the bath they say it’s better , but I’m not going to the store hung over and buy packs and packs of ice. Cold shower makes your body more alert and it makes you go into survival mode.Close all windows make sure it’s dark. All these things we make it 100x better. If you need to keep jumping to the cold shower. Then put ice water by your bed and dunk as you need to. During hang over I jump in about 3-4 times and drink water. It’s cold but it beats a hangover from hell , that gots you fallen to your knees. Ps and make sure you take a dump a few times to make sure it leaves your system.
Drinking a litre of water before you go to sleep while intoxicated will ruin your sleep pattern even more , get a litre of water down you as soon as you wake up.
