    Long overdue fan post. believe my first comment on RUclips?
    I’ve intermittently been following your channel for years and have been amazed how most time I join a practice, it’s pretty much exactly what I needed. From all yoga teachers on RUclips or I have experienced IRL, your practice and reflections are so on point and strike a balance between movement, embodiment, the everyday and spirituality. Even without being present in the same space, challenging practises like heart openers feel safe and supported that way. That’s super hard! Your style keeps on building and there’s a lot of wisdom in it. Thank you. I hope there will be even more of the somatic informed practices

    Yessssss. I struggled for decades with feeling triggered by holding poses in yoga. The RUclips yoga boom was transformative for me because I was no longer stuck in a room with people and could make noise, move outside the poses, and just say “no, f that” and skip to the next video if needed. And all the polyvagal theory stuff you’ve brought into your practice recently like shaking and humming has been great for me 😊

      yes yes I hear you! It can look so many different ways….we need to remember to leave room for it to shift as we do! And absolutely, PVT is Superpower level 🥰

    I love how you have a fire to this practice. I love that you address the narrative around Trauma Informed Yoga needing to be slow and easy. This is so important considering some of trauma makes us freeze and the way out in through. The only way to go through the trauma is to actually take action and do something different. I love the rebounding at the beginning. One of my absolute favorite practices. Thank you for sharing this Spicy practice.

    I really needed this practice. I have been feeling stuck truly and this spoke to me like it was meant for me and felt some of that energy be released and shift . I would love to explore more with the YTT but really interested in an online platform . Is starting 300 too much and should I do 200 first
