I agree with you that Thailand is on my bucket list; what is cheap for some of us is not for the locals. It's a privilege I always acknowledge whenever I visit my ancestral home.

I have anxiety too and tend to worry a lot but it's ok we can manage through that and we should allow ourselves to have a break and rest from everything.
