So there really is a good reason to go to LA. Nice cars there. Love the red Kaiser. Our first car when we came to the US was a Red Kaiser Manhattan that my Pop bought from the driving school. He was 43 then but he had never driven a car until we arrived in LA.
My Dad thought that the problem with Kaiser was being a little ahead of its time. I think he was right. If you look at the 51 to 53 Kaiser's they really do compare well in design to 55 to 56 chevys Fords and some others.@@tradrodsandcustoms
I have never seen a Darrin live, but only in videos and photos. They were far ahead with fiberglass bodies before Corvette and those kool doors that slide into the front fenders.

Yeah Ive only seen one other kaiser darrin and it was in a museum. Was an amazing experience
