While Vol F was incredible and Phrenapates is my favourite character overall, Hoshino was always my favourite student. Despite this volume being a more personal story it's quality did not suffer the lowered scope. Truly some of the best stuff they've written and a beyond beautiful and wonderful ending for Yume and Hoshino as well as a hopeful new beginning for Kuroko/Shiroko Terror. Thank you for everything Blue Archive.

[SPOILER ALERT] In episode 38 "Promise" After the rest of Foreclosure Task Force tell Hoshino how they feel in her deep consciousness (including Shiroko Terror), she finally met Yume and had conversation with her. Yume tell her how are Hoshino doing as senpai, is she become a wonderful senpai for her underclassmen? Hoshino replied she instead, become burden and worry for her underclassmen. Yume said its just like her then, dummy and careless senpai who always makes ill-tempered underclassmen worry about her. But she knows how hard Hoshino all time, and thats just shown how wonderful senpai she's. Rather than regretting things, she told her she has one thing left to do, to protect her underclassmen. She finally gain acceptance, quote : "I understand now Yume-senpai, I'll do it... I'll treasure all the trace of you that still exist... Including that ill-tempered junior that you treasured so deeply... Thats why I can't give up here... Because one of those traces you left behind... is me." Right after Fury of Set's thunder strikes Foreclosure, Hina, and Sensei. Hoshino wake up and raises her shield. Then, we sensei also raise up, taking our Adult Card for the final battle against the celestial being.
