For just focusing on the release point the stride leg should be as braced and straight as possible when releasing the ball as most if not all high velocity pitchers do. The drive leg seems to come up too early could be overstriding he might have control problems I could be wrong. He can actually add a few miles by opening up the hips more at front foot strike and getting more hip shoulder separation. You can see at front foot strike there's very little separation, it might be the angle. He can work on having his front side stay closed longer, and slamming his hips open at front foot strike and cocking his arm back.
