I entered this wave more than a decade ago. I ran hot and furious so long I damaged my nervous system. Im at the tail end and trying to heal. I know my masculine and feminine are mostly merged as I identify with both aspects within and these two are no longer in conflict. I even went through a so called Twin Flame dynamic (long before I heard the term). This was a catalyst to my integration as well as self love which was incredibly painful but necessary and worth it. I no longer require an external trigger or mirror and live (sometimes begrudgingly) aware and wide-eyed in my day to day experience. I’m interested in what the subsequent waves entail because I’m seemingly on another wave now. No longer focused on injustice, union, relationships, or any external consideration to be honest. I feel less connected to others. The oneness I experienced for decades is remembered but not my current state. I am compassionate but no longer emotional about suffering - be it my own or other. My life forever changed but I am seeking something no one else is talking about. Perhaps there is no such thing but I seek my absolute power and full autonomy. I want to finally overcome the boundary of this dimension; 3D or whatever people refer to it - only I want to do this without taking my life or dying. It may sound weird or even dismal but I’m done. I was not born to be governed by anyone other than me. I believe this is true for all. This is not an outcry against governments or natural laws. This to me; is the only reason for a soul to go through sooooo much suffering (really remembering). To be trusted with that power - FINALLY- to be true creators of our own destiny. Not talking about it but the real execution and responsibility of such a power.

I got stuck in the 2nd wave of ascension, cuz I became aware as a teen when I still had a lot of unresolved issues from childhood trauma and ongoing family disfunction, without knowing about ANY of this stuff or even that this spiritual aspect of reality was real, till I became aware of it. So I basically crashed and burned when the Dark Night of the Soul came (which I also didn't know was a thing till years after it happened it me), and I clung to my trauma and anger at all the injustice I perceived in the world instead of letting go. Now I'm trying to reconnect and heal old wounds decades later.
@@GodsMysteryZone It felt like hot oil running from the top of my head down my spine, concentrating between my shoulder blades. I still feel the burning in my back whenever I drive my focus inward and try to release tensions during meditation.

Well said, you just explained my life path the past thirteen years, getting stuck down the dark rabbit hole for the first decade ( not sure why so long, did I have a lot of karma to pay?) Most of my family and friends looked at me like I was crazy lol, now I’m at peace and speak about my spiritual journey, wile they are all wakings up around me in anger. My brother told me a couple of days ago, “stop telling people about consciousness and meditation they don’t get it, and they are going to think your crazy “ my response was they thought I was crazy before as I would fight with everyone but I planted seeds, well I’m doing the same now with positive messages and a smile. It’s a great time to be alive🙏
My gosh I'm right there now. The only person that gets me is my older sister who still seems to be deep in the second wave and bombarding everyone with another conspiracy turning out to be fact etc. I'm somewhat over that . Not entirely but it doesn't seem to affect me as much any more but I find meditation very hard. I dont know why. Each time my mind is bombarding me with images or thoughts which don't let me reach that inner peace. Am I doing something wrong? Anyway, I gave a little break to everything. I was sick, i needed to just rest and hit that off button but I'm ready now to make some changes. Sadly my mom admitted to me she is scared of all this spiritual stuff, some other members of my family just think it's some mumbojumbo as they have their religious beliefs however all of them do see the deceit I don't think they realise how deep it goes and how bad things might get if nothing is done. @@freehuman8119 i started meditating five min now I meditate an hour a day and totally look forward to it. Its normal for the mind to wander, observe the thought and continue focusing on your breath and in time you will notice your mind wandering less and less.

It is as if I had been a Spiritual Teacher for years, explaining these theories with only a certain level of linguistics. Then all of a sudden, I get and all expense paid workshop to learn an expanded version of what my Spirit already knew. The way you clearly get straight to the point while insuring each dot is connected along the way is magnificent. Some parts feel refreshing like fresh lemonade with peppermint added to it. Other parts are mind blowing as if I had a taste of wasabi that just cleared up my sinuses and tickled my brain. It's AMAZING!!! The Gratitude I feel is as big as an air balloon. Now I have added language to express what is already flowing within me!!! I remember this feeling. I was 5yrs old, and had meet 2 of the best teachers that helped me to use my words to explain my Heart. That is what you are doing Now, just in a more advanced way yet it is still just as simplistic. Now I know why I feel so compelled to speak up and help those who have no voice! I got kicked out of my house defending my step-sister as a teenager. I’ve quit 3 jobs because of poor treatment of my colleagues (one as I was getting promoted to upper management!). I spend my days on social media advocating as a vegan for animals, advocating healthier lifestyle choices for humans, and have been screaming for decades about how we’re violating our Mother Earth! I’ve jumped out of my car to defend an old lady crossing the street from the a-hole honking that she wasn’t walking fast enough…I even jumped into local politics to fight the fraud I heard about at City Hall! I grew up in difficult circumstances and have come to conclude it was all to make me stronger. I’ve always seen myself as a wolf watching over the sheep…it’s become more apparent to me that I’ve actually been a wolf watching the other wolves to make sure they don’t get to the sheep! Another puzzle piece falling into place…and I will heed the warning you give about getting stuck on our way to the First Ascension…thank you for your insights and ability to communicate it in a clear way.🙂
You are a very well thought out person, you have studied well and have learned much. Thank you for your perspective, it is wonderful to hear others express these things, we need more teachers, teaching love. I remember this part, I was so pissy about all the mess of the world and how intentional it all was. But of course, the universe will mirror back to us what we are thinking about especially if you add emotions into your thoughts. I have no interest in more annoyance coming my way so I changed my perspective, put all the messy into the dream aspect of this entire thing we call life, and moved away from all that information and the anger that can accompany it. In truth this plane is made to annoy you all the time, those who get over it and begin to love, yes even love what was once annoying, are growing. Once you learn who and what you really are, some of these human failings just fall away as inconsequential, it will work itself out. I no longer resonate with words like "warrior," I am a natural 3d warrior, I created war with anything I thought was "incorrect" and it got me nothing but more to fight against, there is no end to that mental path, nor is there any peace. I am well past the need to create war to express my annoyance with earth life in 3d, peace is the goal, there is no love in war, and the fight will bring you endless enemies, so why bother? Other than to prove to yourself what some of us already know. You will eventually know that this is an illusion, there is no reason to get caught up in any of it. It is like getting very emotional about a sporting event that you’re not participating in. Perspective is more important than most know or teach. You cannot change the outside world from your old perspective, it will stay the same. Once you learn to “change your perspective” you can adjust the outside world, and that is the only path that works. It seems backwards, but it works. Oddly, once you get past relating to life as your persona, you no longer wish to change the things that once angered or annoyed you, your over it, past it, beyond it, you have no reason to look backwards. Easy ways to change your perspective..... become aware of your thinking, and ask yourself "is this what love would think if love was a person?" Give it a try, align yourself to what you think love would do, say, act like and over a month, if you do this daily, you will see you are not getting angry as often, after a year you hardly notice anger in yourself at all, after a decade you are talking directly with spirit, you become a team.
You are spot on. I am just becoming aware of this. I was so distraught with the realization of the dark manipulation in the world that I felt as if I was going to crack. I couldn’t understand how others could not see it. Now I am starting to see that the dark is apart of duality and that at the highest level, we are all one. I am learning to move within the world without so much judgement, anger, and fear. It is a practice. However, I now understand that we can impact the collective by healing ourselves and practicing love. I’m not there yet. However, I can now see the path through it to a more peaceful life. I am so appreciative of this information and spiritual teachers who Guide us along the way.

Lol we all? You mean since time began and many millions of years later delusional narcissistic tendency allowed itself to set roots in our pre-civilization brains. That only happened because it felt good. Ego is important, don't rule it out. It had a primitive aspect in our psyche but you can't deny it's effects, nor should you. This is an excellent description of the consciousness evolution that I've seen in people who have joined the freedom movements in my community and on-line. I look forward to the day when the majority of humanity on this planet has coalesced into the first wave of ascension. Words have meaning and carry the vibration of that meaning. The word “Warrior” has an innate connotation of conflict, struggle, and force. Awakening beings are Empaths, therefore, to describe them as “warriors”, contradicts the very nature of an Empath. We are here as students learning how to balance and integrate Love and Logic within a physical body, and become benevolent Guides in service to others. Those who are awakening at this time are merely the students who are ready to complete this integration and graduate from this “course”. A warrior prepares for conflict, whereas a Guide prepares for service.
Hmm I don’t see the word “ warrior” like that. To me a warrior in the true sense of the word means many things. I feel I am a warrior of light, and as AA Michael is known as the warrior Angel of justice. To me the warrior holds the core strength within and knows right from wrong. So a warrior of light goes in to battle the darkness, but then soon learns to walk the path of balance in a world of duality. Sure warriors go into battle and physically “ fight”, but we are in times now where this is a mental war. lol and I love the word, for my whole path of spirituality started at a young age for my deep love of the Native American. So I perhaps have always romanticised the word for a beautiful man with long black hair flying in the wind on his trusty steed 😂❤️❤️❤️
What I have realized is that during 2020 I was in my 2nd wave. Lots of righteous indignation. And then that freedom fighter, warrior part laid down the sword and shield and decided to just embody Unconditional Love. And to work on healing and Letting Go. And acceptance.
I feel like I bounce between 1 &2 more toward the 1st but I find myself in fear at times then I snap out of it. It's usually when I feel alone... but I feel I didn't come this far for nothing ❤ Longing to find my tribe❤
I once had a dream where spiritual beings called me to sound my truth. I was enveloped in the resonate frequency of light and love. Then they asked me to sound out my feeling of humanity. I became afraid and the interaction was severed. What if my honesty could do harm? Who were they and what fate would fall from my assertion? There are deep lessons I am learning from that experience.

Then fear or the consequences or judgement become manifest. Separation from the one. The push and pull seems to harken to the chaos order video. Maybe that's a loop issue.

The awful manipulative way Covid was handled using fear porn and propaganda activated an enormous amount of anger in me. I had to work really hard to gain mastery over this useless anger. I was finally able to do this by taking full responsibility for my anger - knowing that it was coming from cellular memory of my formative years. Then I was able to become increasingly detached and peaceful within myself. I lost all interest in conspiracy theories (whether true or false). But it was a LOT of work struggling to overcome all that anger, frustration and rage. Glad I’m out the other side of it now. Great video. Many thanks. 🙏

I’ve been experiencing deep pain on my right side, feeling unbalanced and angry at those who manipulate and ignore. I feel my fire stirring but starting to burn me. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes... and YES! Brilliant! Tod is exactly what I learned the past year. I went (or swam? 🙃) through the second wave rather quickly (the videos of Charles Eisenstein were of great help), suddenly turned around and found many others still staying behind, stuck in warrior mode. Where initially their bravery had impressed me, now it made me rather sad since I became increasingly aware that underneath their bravery there still is so much fear that holds them down like an anchor. I also got the picture from above that ascending is like climbing a steep hill, and down in the valley you can barely see because there is so mich fog. You do not even see the dark creatures because they can hide easily there. First, something unexpected happens, maybe you stumble upon such a dark creature or they make too much noise like during the C-crisis, and you start to climb up the hill, where the fog is less dense so you can see better what is going on. But its still a dire situation because you cannot and want not go back to your former home in the foggy valley, nor is it very comfortable in the still rather foggy hills, because you cannot see very clearly and mistrust all the shadows that you perceive around you, trying to find shelter in a rocky cave and to defend yourself there. It is not a nice place to live and you start to lose hope. The ones who have happened to climb even higher up the steep hill have found a very sunny and beautiful plain up there, they can see very clearly what is going on below, but they have found a wonderful place and are no longer fearful, no more need to fight and defend oneself all the time. They shout to you to climb up as well, but you dont believe them, it seems to good to be true and so you think it must be a deception. *** We are all where we ought to be, but sometimes the suffering breaks my heart because it seems so unneccessary, once you discovered the sunny place.

This really resonates with me and brilliantly expressed. I could no longer take all the negativity and division that came with a certain level of awareness and the more I left that warrior stage I started to realise that trying to change how others view things to try and navigate the world was not necessary for attempting to help but rather allowing people to be who they are at any level of consciousness is needed because we are all learning and needed in this world and no one is better than the other even if the stage of consciousness may not be perceived as being of benefit to the soul according to my own bias view. It is no use to call others sheep and all these names as we see being done in the warrior stage by many when we all have room to grow and our experiences are all unique to our own level of consciousness so understanding for each other is needed on so many levels to truly be alchemists in this life.
I think I may have been born into the 2nd wave of ascension. I had pre-birth memories and came right into an abusive bloodline so fighting for my life literally since birth. I'm entering the 1st wave the last 2 years since escaping & cutting off all the Narcissists & abusers. I'm finding my voice & loving every minute of the rest of this lifetime. 💕☀️✨🕊️

I definitely feel my heart waking up these days, I know it because my art these days compared to 5, 10 years ago is much less mechanical or forced, now it's more intuitive and vulnerable. I always used to feel anxious about my aversion to doing activism and/or doing token SJW things, because I feared I didn't care enough about oppressed peoples to stand up and fight. Maybe I'm just not there yet, but I also feel like there's nothing I can do externally to "fight back", especially if I have stories stuck in my soul about i.e. scarcity/lack/desperation mindset. Inner work is the way to me
I personally am Accepting the change , it's energy , consciousness and universal evolution.. I now choose to embrace the change. Thank you for your deep & genuine heart of knowledge.

A little over a year ago when the universe cracked me open (3 days of pure bliss and understanding 🙏) and I began my spiritual awakening there was a video suggested to me…something like “ten signs you’re having a spiritual awakening” which made no sense, algorithm-wise, at the time. And now that I’m in this crazy wave, you show up to let me know what’s going on🤍 I needed this so bad right now because I feel like I’m going nuts. I just can’t believe the degree we’re being poisoned on all levels. Some days are so fucking heavy and others I shoot out of bed feeling strong and light. So much resonance I find in this vid💜. So from a higher perspective all the injustice, turmoil and conflict in the world can be seen as benevolent because it's a necessary trigger to force us into higher States of consciousness. I went through the second wave thinking they (elite) were the bad guys until a few years ago I realized I was only ever a victim of my own limited level of perception. The true cause of suffering is the ignorance of the average person. I know several people still in the second wave. I see them suffer and i have a desire to help them but I realize they won't make the shift to the first wave until they have suffered enough to want that change. Im learning that They will get there in their own time.

I feel locked in an intellectual stage, but now I realise that its the stage, and I struggle with the pitfall of being in a relationship of different waves / levels of consciousness, which causes triggers and the inability to be able to communicate across the levels of consciousness without sounding like a elevated soul, I am aware of this and also I feel this is my next stage that needs to be transcended somehow, with the intellectual mindset / stage also I believe comes some impatience which is also to be brought into the light and transcended and to realise that all will happen naturally and in due course of my souls evolution. Yes!! I had a chuckle about that too. I could see in her expression when she said this, that her True experiences and knowing were Present when making that statement !! Lol I can Sooo Relate to this.
I entered this wave more than a decade ago. I ran hot and furious so long I damaged my nervous system. Im at the tail end and trying to heal. I know my masculine and feminine are mostly merged as I identify with both aspects within and these two are no longer in conflict. I even went through a so called Twin Flame dynamic (long before I heard the term). This was a catalyst to my integration as well as self love which was incredibly painful but necessary and worth it. I no longer require an external trigger or mirror and live (sometimes begrudgingly) aware and wide-eyed in my day to day experience.
I’m interested in what the subsequent waves entail because I’m seemingly on another wave now. No longer focused on injustice, union, relationships, or any external consideration to be honest. I feel less connected to others. The oneness I experienced for decades is remembered but not my current state. I am compassionate but no longer emotional about suffering - be it my own or other. My life forever changed but I am seeking something no one else is talking about. Perhaps there is no such thing but I seek my absolute power and full autonomy. I want to finally overcome the boundary of this dimension; 3D or whatever people refer to it - only I want to do this without taking my life or dying.
It may sound weird or even dismal but I’m done. I was not born to be governed by anyone other than me. I believe this is true for all. This is not an outcry against governments or natural laws. This to me; is the only reason for a soul to go through sooooo much suffering (really remembering). To be trusted with that power - FINALLY- to be true creators of our own destiny. Not talking about it but the real execution and responsibility of such a power.
I am in a very similar situation Diana. I'm excited to see where she will go informationally from the 2nd phase.

I got stuck in the 2nd wave of ascension, cuz I became aware as a teen when I still had a lot of unresolved issues from childhood trauma and ongoing family disfunction, without knowing about ANY of this stuff or even that this spiritual aspect of reality was real, till I became aware of it. So I basically crashed and burned when the Dark Night of the Soul came (which I also didn't know was a thing till years after it happened it me), and I clung to my trauma and anger at all the injustice I perceived in the world instead of letting go. Now I'm trying to reconnect and heal old wounds decades later.
I can definitely relate to your experience. You're not alone.

Well said, you just explained my life path the past thirteen years, getting stuck down the dark rabbit hole for the first decade ( not sure why so long, did I have a lot of karma to pay?) Most of my family and friends looked at me like I was crazy lol, now I’m at peace and speak about my spiritual journey, wile they are all wakings up around me in anger. My brother told me a couple of days ago, “stop telling people about consciousness and meditation they don’t get it, and they are going to think your crazy “ my response was they thought I was crazy before as I would fight with everyone but I planted seeds, well I’m doing the same now with positive messages and a smile. My gosh I'm right there now. The only person that gets me is my older sister who still seems to be deep in the second wave and bombarding everyone with another conspiracy turning out to be fact etc. I'm somewhat over that . Not entirely but it doesn't seem to affect me as much any more but I find meditation very hard. I dont know why. Each time my mind is bombarding me with images or thoughts which don't let me reach that inner peace. Am I doing something wrong? Anyway, I gave a little break to everything. I was sick, i needed to just rest and hit that off button but I'm ready now to make some changes.
Sadly my mom admitted to me she is scared of all this spiritual stuff, some other members of my family just think it's some mumbojumbo as they have their religious beliefs however all of them do see the deceit I don't think they realise how deep it goes and how bad things might get if nothing is done.

@@freehuman8119 i started meditating five min now I meditate an hour a day and totally look forward to it. Its normal for the mind to wander, observe the thought and continue focusing on your breath and in time you will notice your mind wandering less and less.

It is as if I had been a Spiritual Teacher for years, explaining these theories with only a certain level of linguistics. Then all of a sudden, I get and all expense paid workshop to learn an expanded version of what my Spirit already knew. The way you clearly get straight to the point while insuring each dot is connected along the way is magnificent. Some parts feel refreshing like fresh lemonade with peppermint added to it. Other parts are mind blowing as if I had a taste of wasabi that just cleared up my sinuses and tickled my brain. It's AMAZING!!! The Gratitude I feel is as big as an air balloon. Now I have added language to express what is already flowing within me!!! I remember this feeling. I was 5yrs old, and had meet 2 of the best teachers that helped me to use my words to explain my Heart. That is what you are doing Now, just in a more advanced way yet it is still just as simplistic. Now I know why I feel so compelled to speak up and help those who have no voice! I got kicked out of my house defending my step-sister as a teenager. I’ve quit 3 jobs because of poor treatment of my colleagues (one as I was getting promoted to upper management!). I spend my days on social media advocating as a vegan for animals, advocating healthier lifestyle choices for humans, and have been screaming for decades about how we’re violating our Mother Earth! I’ve jumped out of my car to defend an old lady crossing the street from the a-hole honking that she wasn’t walking fast enough…I even jumped into local politics to fight the fraud I heard about at City Hall! I grew up in difficult circumstances and have come to conclude it was all to make me stronger. I’ve always seen myself as a wolf watching over the sheep…it’s become more apparent to me that I’ve actually been a wolf watching the other wolves to make sure they don’t get to the sheep! Another puzzle piece falling into place…and I will heed the warning you give about getting stuck on our way to the First Ascension…thank you for your insights and ability to communicate it in a clear way.🙂
You are a very well thought out person, you have studied well and have learned much. Thank you for your perspective, it is wonderful to hear others express these things, we need more teachers, teaching love. I remember this part, I was so pissy about all the mess of the world and how intentional it all was. But of course, the universe will mirror back to us what we are thinking about especially if you add emotions into your thoughts. I have no interest in more annoyance coming my way so I changed my perspective, put all the messy into the dream aspect of this entire thing we call life, and moved away from all that information and the anger that can accompany it. In truth this plane is made to annoy you all the time, those who get over it and begin to love, yes even love what was once annoying, are growing. Once you learn who and what you really are, some of these human failings just fall away as inconsequential, it will work itself out. I no longer resonate with words like "warrior," I am a natural 3d warrior, I created war with anything I thought was "incorrect" and it got me nothing but more to fight against, there is no end to that mental path, nor is there any peace. I am well past the need to create war to express my annoyance with earth life in 3d, peace is the goal, there is no love in war, and the fight will bring you endless enemies, so why bother? Other than to prove to yourself what some of us already know. You will eventually know that this is an illusion, there is no reason to get caught up in any of it. It is like getting very emotional about a sporting event that you’re not participating in. Perspective is more important than most know or teach. You cannot change the outside world from your old perspective, it will stay the same. Once you learn to “change your perspective” you can adjust the outside world, and that is the only path that works. It seems backwards, but it works. Oddly, once you get past relating to life as your persona, you no longer wish to change the things that once angered or annoyed you, your over it, past it, beyond it, you have no reason to look backwards. Easy ways to change your perspective..... become aware of your thinking, and ask yourself "is this what love would think if love was a person?" Give it a try, align yourself to what you think love would do, say, act like and over a month, if you do this daily, you will see you are not getting angry as often, after a year you hardly notice anger in yourself at all, after a decade you are talking directly with spirit, you become a team.

You are spot on. I am just becoming aware of this. I was so distraught with the realization of the dark manipulation in the world that I felt as if I was going to crack. I couldn’t understand how others could not see it. Now I am starting to see that the dark is apart of duality and that at the highest level, we are all one. I am learning to move within the world without so much judgement, anger, and fear. It is a practice. However, I now understand that we can impact the collective by healing ourselves and practicing love. I’m not there yet. However, I can now see the path through it to a more peaceful life. I am so appreciative of this information and spiritual teachers who Guide us along the way.

Words have meaning and carry the vibration of that meaning. The word “Warrior” has an innate connotation of conflict, struggle, and force. Awakening beings are Empaths, therefore, to describe them as “warriors”, contradicts the very nature of an Empath.
We are here as students learning how to balance and integrate Love and Logic within a physical body, and become benevolent Guides in service to others. Those who are awakening at this time are merely the students who are ready to complete this integration and graduate from this “course”. A warrior prepares for conflict, whereas a Guide prepares for service.
Hmm I don’t see the word “ warrior” like that. To me a warrior in the true sense of the word means many things. I feel I am a warrior of light, and as AA Michael is known as the warrior Angel of justice. To me the warrior holds the core strength within and knows right from wrong. So a warrior of light goes in to battle the darkness, but then soon learns to walk the path of balance in a world of duality. Sure warriors go into battle and physically “ fight”, but we are in times now where this is a mental war. lol and I love the word, for my whole path of spirituality started at a young age for my deep love of the Native American. So I perhaps have always romanticised the word for a beautiful man with long black hair flying in the wind on his trusty steed 😂❤️❤️❤️

What I have realized is that during 2020 I was in my 2nd wave. Lots of righteous indignation. And then that freedom fighter, warrior part laid down the sword and shield and decided to just embody Unconditional Love. And to work on healing and Letting Go. And acceptance.

I once had a dream where spiritual beings called me to sound my truth. I was enveloped in the resonate frequency of light and love. Then they asked me to sound out my feeling of humanity. I became afraid and the interaction was severed. What if my honesty could do harm? Who were they and what fate would fall from my assertion? There are deep lessons I am learning from that experience.

The awful manipulative way Covid was handled using fear porn and propaganda activated an enormous amount of anger in me.
I had to work really hard to gain mastery over this useless anger. I was finally able to do this by taking full responsibility for my anger - knowing that it was coming from cellular memory of my formative years.
Then I was able to become increasingly detached and peaceful within myself. I lost all interest in conspiracy theories (whether true or false).
But it was a LOT of work struggling to overcome all that anger, frustration and rage. Glad I’m out the other side of it now.

I went (or swam? 🙃) through the second wave rather quickly (the videos of Charles Eisenstein were of great help), suddenly turned around and found many others still staying behind, stuck in warrior mode. Where initially their bravery had impressed me, now it made me rather sad since I became increasingly aware that underneath their bravery there still is so much fear that holds them down like an anchor. I also got the picture from above that ascending is like climbing a steep hill, and down in the valley you can barely see because there is so mich fog. You do not even see the dark creatures because they can hide easily there. First, something unexpected happens, maybe you stumble upon such a dark creature or they make too much noise like during the C-crisis, and you start to climb up the hill, where the fog is less dense so you can see better what is going on. But its still a dire situation because you cannot and want not go back to your former home in the foggy valley, nor is it very comfortable in the still rather foggy hills, because you cannot see very clearly and mistrust all the shadows that you perceive around you, trying to find shelter in a rocky cave and to defend yourself there. It is not a nice place to live and you start to lose hope. The ones who have happened to climb even higher up the steep hill have found a very sunny and beautiful plain up there, they can see very clearly what is going on below, but they have found a wonderful place and are no longer fearful, no more need to fight and defend oneself all the time. They shout to you to climb up as well, but you dont believe them, it seems to good to be true and so you think it must be a deception. *** We are all where we ought to be, but sometimes the suffering breaks my heart because it seems so unneccessary, once you discovered the sunny place.

This really resonates with me and brilliantly expressed. I could no longer take all the negativity and division that came with a certain level of awareness and the more I left that warrior stage I started to realise that trying to change how others view things to try and navigate the world was not necessary for attempting to help but rather allowing people to be who they are at any level of consciousness is needed because we are all learning and needed in this world and no one is better than the other even if the stage of consciousness may not be perceived as being of benefit to the soul according to my own bias view.
It is no use to call others sheep and all these names as we see being done in the warrior stage by many when we all have room to grow and our experiences are all unique to our own level of consciousness so understanding for each other is needed on so many levels to truly be alchemists in this life.
I think I may have been born into the 2nd wave of ascension. I had pre-birth memories and came right into an abusive bloodline so fighting for my life literally since birth. I'm entering the 1st wave the last 2 years since escaping & cutting off all the Narcissists & abusers. I'm finding my voice & loving every minute of the rest of this lifetime. 💕☀️✨🕊️

I definitely feel my heart waking up these days, I know it because my art these days compared to 5, 10 years ago is much less mechanical or forced, now it's more intuitive and vulnerable. I always used to feel anxious about my aversion to doing activism and/or doing token SJW things, because I feared I didn't care enough about oppressed peoples to stand up and fight. Maybe I'm just not there yet, but I also feel like there's nothing I can do externally to "fight back", especially if I have stories stuck in my soul about i.e. scarcity/lack/desperation mindset. Inner work is the way to me
I personally am Accepting the change , it's energy , consciousness and universal evolution..
I now choose to embrace the change. Thank you for your deep & genuine heart of knowledge.

A little over a year ago when the universe cracked me open (3 days of pure bliss and understanding 🙏) and I began my spiritual awakening there was a video suggested to me…something like “ten signs you’re having a spiritual awakening” which made no sense, algorithm-wise, at the time. And now that I’m in this crazy wave, you show up to let me know what’s going on🤍 I needed this so bad right now because I feel like I’m going nuts. I just can’t believe the degree we’re being poisoned on all levels. Some days are so fucking heavy and others I shoot out of bed feeling strong and light. Some days I lash out in frustration, I’m all over the place. But I really appreciate you and what you’re doing for us. Your poem made me cry on the way to work the other day🙃🤍🤙 thank you!
So much resonance I find in this vid💜. So from a higher perspective all the injustice, turmoil and conflict in the world can be seen as benevolent because it's a necessary trigger to force us into higher States of consciousness. I went through the second wave thinking they (elite) were the bad guys until a few years ago I realized I was only ever a victim of my own limited level of perception. The true cause of suffering is the ignorance of the average person. I know several people still in the second wave. I see them suffer and i have a desire to help them but I realize they won't make the shift to the first wave until they have suffered enough to want that change. Im learning that They will get there in their own time.

I feel locked in an intellectual stage, but now I realise that its the stage, and I struggle with the pitfall of being in a relationship of different waves / levels of consciousness, which causes triggers and the inability to be able to communicate across the levels of consciousness without sounding like a elevated soul, I am aware of this and also I feel this is my next stage that needs to be transcended somehow, with the intellectual mindset / stage also I believe comes some impatience which is also to be brought into the light and transcended and to realise that all will happen naturally and in due course of my souls evolution. I really loved that! Makes so much sense. I feel like the word ascension is so misunderstood and there has been a large amount of fear generated around it. Am I going to ascend, is my family? The key word there is fear. People going outward listening to others instead of going inward. I’m getting so much better at this! Not always 100% but when I go inward I find peace and loose the fear.
