Rejection is anti-Self

- We hold onto the belief that we need to reject negative thoughts and emotions for two reasons. We have the idea that they make us feel bad and that rejecting them will make us feel better.
As Helen explains in this enlightening Satsang, the Self does not know how to reject or exclude. Freedom comes from including.
The moment we reject the mind then we will feel separate and we suffer.
Remind yourself- reject or include.
Rejecting is anti- Self.
Stop rejecting and see what happens!
