Oh man the British VA is much better for this game at least. And I like Erika (crit role fan) but her voice just doesn't seem to fit rook as well imo. All opinion of course
I forced myself to do the American Voice in my first playthrough because I really wanted my rook to have an American accent (couldn't stand the last american voice they used in DAI) and ended up loving it. The british voice actress is sublime, and definitely superior, but I don't think the little voice clips they give you to preview in the character creation do her justice. She sounds best when she's being sarcastic or insulting Solas. I do think everyone should give her a chance. I'm really glad I forced myself to use it. I even used it again for my second playthrough.
@@DragonflyandTheWolf personally i loved the british voice actress in dragon age inquisition ( alix wilton regan ) , but i use the american voice actress in Veilguard , i think her voice is better for this game as rook , i agree she sounds best when shes is being sarcastic
