Jess I'm so glad you are so enthusiastic about the diet I'm on my second day of the egg diet . So far I'm sticking to it but I am hungry . I'm not looking forward to another day of eggs but I am looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow .then I will be back on keto diet .trying to lose weight for the summer. I'm only doing 3 days on this. Cant wait for a rib eye. But in time it will be all good ..... marie

Can you share how much of the fats like butter and cheese you eat with each meal? I am just curious because I did a mental calorie count on 3 of the days and it’s barely 1100 calories IF the fats you listed was only 1 serving. Like 1 tbsp butter or 1 serving of cheese. So like the 2 eggs in 1 tbsp butter and 2 slices of bacon would be about 380 calories. Then you eat an ounce of nuts, let’s just say 200 calories for that, then your dinner ran around 500-600 calories. That’s only 1100 calories. That’s what I’m supposed to be eating on a deficit at 175 lbs. I am trying to figure this out because I am one of those perfectionist types and I am tracking very strictly and I just feel like the amount of food I am eating is massive in just 2 meals a day with no snacks but it only totals 1100 calories for me. I’m worried it’s too much. Am I crazy?

What do you do during your intermittent fasting. I try but I feel hungry and nauseous. I’m in menopause trying lazy keto I’ve lost 7lbs but very slow, I’m not getting the results like a lot of you tubers. Any advice
I drink water, tea and/or black coffee. Also, slide into it easier by eating keto for the first 2 weeks. Then once your body is fat adapted add in the fasting. It will be much easier!

My macros are 157/93/25 total of 1885 calories. I’ve been doing the bulletproof coffee, no sweets and no carbs. But I don’t know what I’m doing wrong and to be honest the frustration makes me cry. If you can help me with a meal plan, nothing fancy really, Just feel lost with this. 🙏🏻
Just my opinion is that if you load your body with fat bombs, your body will burn that fat instead your body fat. you want to eat the natural fat that comes with your food, like the fat on a steak etc. There are experts that believe this. I hope I'm not intruding but you might want to look into this.

I too started the Keo on January 11,2019, but I have not been as successful as you, I’ve only lost 22 lbs. my starting weight was 205.8 lbs and this morning I weighed 183.8lbs. I’ve been stuck at a plateau for quite sometime now and I sure don’t want to give up I still have 40 more pounds to lose. I will keep on watching your Chanel to keep me motivated! Thank you!
Sadly I do not count my macros because I don’t know how I tried downloading the app and I had a hard time keeping up with it. I thing I might not eat enough. I too do intermittent fasting 12/7 my feeding window and most of the time I can only squeeze one meal (OMAD). So I might have to increase my food intake to see the scale move. I will try to keep up with my macros. Thank you for all that you do!
Manon Lemire I’m so confused on how to find my macros. I know it’s 70/25/5.. but of what my daily food... my weight... how do I find out how many carbs to eat or how many grams of fat to eat. Yes, with the savings from all the foods I cut out I'm able to buy better quality ingredients like organic, grass fed, pasture raised, etc.
