I just found your video, thanks so much for this one because I never thought about adding different flavors to my chicken. Thanks again for helping out this grandma from Alaska
Just want you to know you encouraged me to try canning. I pressure canned for the first time last weekend and nothing exploded, I did not steam my face off, and I have some ground beef sitting on the shelf for when I need it. Thank you so much for putting up these canning videos!
we are all in this trial of canning together. yes we just have to just keep trying. I thank God that my husband was able to purchase me a canner in early this summer. So grateful!☺️
@@countryroads4932 She is the reason I began canning. My DIL finally found me a canner in June. I've been watching "Mrs H" and canning ever since. Sitting in front of my canner right now! I'm in a wheelchair most of my time, but I have to do it all safely. I'll do chicken again and do all of these flavors later. Can't wait
I really love how many people are canning, showing everyone else how to do it, m Ames me very happy, and you get to make what your family eats. Save money too.
I love how you cover your hair when you cook. So many u-tubers let their long hair hang down the front while they're cooking. I feel like hair is falling in. Love your videos!
Oh my goodness! I’m so happy someone besides me thinks that too. Drives me crazy. There’s one woman I would love to watch if it wasn’t for all that hair hanging down!!!!
I feel the same way. I have long hair but it is always pinned up or covered in the kitchen. I have seen those videos with their hair down and over their product. Yuck. I cant stand it.

I love your videos. I am 67 and started canning at 16. None of my family cans. I love it. It has helped a lot when meat is on sale and also when canning my garden produce.
I just love how well prepared you are, especially when you do your videos. Not scrambling around for something that you might have forgotten. Very organized! 👏👏
It's an excellent idea to wait until no hissing is evident when you move the weight, even if the gauge is at zero. I've found that if it hisses my jars will siphon some. It's always a good idea to let everything depressurize naturally and completely before opening any pressure canner
Classico spaghetti sauce jars (with the right screw pattern) come in the 1.5 pint size too.. so if you know someone that likes that brand, ask them to hang onto those jars, and buy them from them..Even at 50 cents each its a steal

Good morning Mrs H. I got my 930 back in August. The first thing I canned after watching you video was pinto beans salted 3 ways. The next was chicken drumsticks and thighs. I haven’t opened them yet, I was nervous about the chicken not completely covered in the juices from the chicken. After seeing your video today I am more confident that it’s OK if the juices render from the chicken does not completely submerge the meat under the liquid. I haven’t canned for a while because my kitchen was being remodeled today is the first day that I can start canning again and seeing you first thing this morning canning chicken three ways I said it’s time to start back I’m so excited. Thank you thank you thank you so much for teaching me how to do this most valuable way of food preservation. My husband thanks you also.👨🏿💼👍🏿
I was supposed to do my first jar of chicken this past weekend, mentally wasn't ready; got out my pressure canner the other day, purchased my chicken legs, washed my jars, still mentally wasn't ready; washed my canner this morning, set my jars on the counter and decided to watch Mrs. Heart's video a few times for encouragement, at this rate I'll have canned chicken by Saturday 😊 a week's time is better than no time, imma get there 😳 just going to do 3 as a package will do 3 jars, once I see all is well, I imagine I'll be canning every weekend since I'm off🤗
I just deboned 30 lbs of leg quarters Monday and canned. Did not realize you were located so close to me. I live in Eastman. Love your channel ❤ thanks for doing it.
I came across your video as I was canning chicken in my All American Canner. One of the preparing resources that is worth every penny! I love my canner!

When I do a double stack in the canner I find that a few of the jars on the bottom won't seal up. I started flipping the rack upside down and now have no problems. I think the divets (like little leg-like things to keep the rack off the bottom of the canner) were pushing on the jar lids beneath it. Just saying, in case anyone else had the same problem.
Thanks for the video. Used my Presto 16qt for the first time to can ever; some chicken breast in qt jars. Turned out awesome. All jars sealed great. Opened one to try it out. Chicken came out great.
