THIS!!! I AM BLOWN AWAY WITH THE DIVERSITY OF SOUND … for some strange reason, their lyrical content reminds me of Iron Maiden, poetically flowing words flow and a Picture is painted. The beating of the drums and the guitars added emphasis to highlight the instrumentation as the story draws you into the heart and mind of the writer.
I was introduced to ARCHITECTS while waiting in line to go see FASTER PUSSYCAT… this random guy began telling me about seeing them overseas when he was active duty.. the song he had me listen to was DOOMSDAY.. the original version and then the piano version.. I had chills running up and down my spine and tears welled in my eyes. The story of the brothers was so touching. I had a couple of hours drive back home after the show so I was able to find the complete album HOLY HELL and I listened to it over and over on my drive. Once home, I wanted to know more so I did a Google search and to my surprise, they had a show the next month in New Orleans so I splurged and bought my ticket.
I couldn’t wait for the day of the show to get here. When they came on the stage, their energy was compounded when you are physically present I saw these guys in New Orleans a couple of years ago and their energy is compounded when physically present while they perform… I have to admit that I was so touched with their sound and lyrics, I freakin’ had tears in my eyes the entire show.. When they started DOOMSDAY.. I lost it!

17yr old running around with goosebumps with song on repeat.. never been so excited since naysayer..
Their drumming leaves me wanting so much more!

@@jare3822 yeah but to be condescending is a whole different issue. And who are you to say it doesnt "meet the quality of their previous work?" The production on their songs has gone insane, its a whole new level. Just because someone doesnt like it doesnt mean its lower quality or boring. There's no denying its a great, quality song that takes skill and talent to come up with. Whether or not you like it is a different question entirely. No need to belittle things you dont like.
@@ManG1aze I like the band, you say there no denying it’s a “great quality song” that’s completely opinion. Simply saying it’s not hitting the same quality as before is like the nicest way you can say you don’t like something, I could say it was shit and move on, but I think it’s missing quality and originality, just underutilizing their band in this boring song. Everyone’s got an opinion.
