Estas Personas que hablan ni una sola palabra en castellano que hacen???? Ellos son los primeros en sus países en odiar que no hablen su alemán, por ende los colombianos y toda hispanoamericana d ben exigir a estos elementos que se comuniquen con n castellano, basta ya.

I must say, Zapatoca is not a place I would eat a cazuela de mariscos with confidence, but I'm glad it worked out for you :) I can't be sure about *that* car on the hill (10:50) since I haven't been on that road for 35 years, but there was a similar one between Aratoca and Pescadero (maybe it's still there) that was from the transit police as a warning about bad/drunk driving. I once saw the immediate aftermath of a one-car crash right at that display, which I thought was funny insofar as a car crash can be funny.

Yes, I think it is there as a warning. It would make sense on that road🙃
