- Welcome to “Let’s Feed Liam” a new series where I make my friend’s favorite foods fit into his weight loss journey.
Episode 1: Pepperoni Pan Pizza
1160 Cal | 90g Protein | $1.25/serving
Ingredients:
1 cup 0% Fage Greek Yogurt
1 cup Self-Rising Flour
3/4 cup Low-Cal Pizza Sauce
1 + 1/2 cups Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese
17 slices Turkey Pepperoni
Mix the yogurt and flour to form a dough. Press it flat in a greased pan and bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Then add your sauce, cheese, and pepperoni, then bake it for an additional 15 minutes.

Waited exactly for this, i reckon you could also use Skyr instead of yoghurt as it should have even more protein if im not mistaken
Hear me out here Joseph... I've been looking for something, your grocery haul. This would also give insight as to if you just go shopping or if you plan meals for a week, shop for those ingredients, the discipline to stay on meal track and how to be ok if you miss making a protein packed champion meal.
Consider Vital Wheat Gluten in place of some of the flour for even better protein ratio.

I am assuming the whole pizza is 1160 calories and 90 g of protein, correct? And a slice is one serving?
That is correct! I calculated the macros based on the whole pizza.
Would Chicken Pepperoni also work?
Nope, that would be physically impossible with the cheese he is using.
