  • The Indian diaspora is the biggest in the world. Despite being unable to vote, many Indians living abroad are keenly watching India’s general election. Prime Minister #NarendraModi has been successfully galvanising the diaspora, culminating in the rock star welcomes he receives when he travels overseas.
INDIA VOTES 2024, presented by the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) is a six-episode series that takes you on an insightful journey through the heart of Indian democracy. While the Indian Prime Minister #NarendraModi is seeking a third term, a brand new Coalition is on the bloc - the I.N.D.I.A (Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance) featuring key opposition leaders such as Congress scion #RahulGandhi, TMC leader Mamata Banerjee, and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal among many others.
INDIA VOTES 2024 goes beyond the headline and daily coverage to explain critical topics and issues facing Indian voters as they participate in the elections of the world’s largest democracy.
Subscribe now as we unravel key issues of #Indianelections through engaging explainers and provide context and clarity on the influence of politics on citizens. Subscribe: ab.co/3yqPOZ5

LOOL, so only people who do not criticise your God can report on him, otherwise, you cannot?? err... that is not how democracy works. Like these brainwashed fools in the video, i find it embarrassing how somebody who has done so little, yet has looted billions from the country, even ceded Indian land to China, can be celebrated like a god by the very people he is exploiting. The word baboons comes to mind.

@@RR-pc7yv g20 summit branding was so ugly. BJP puts pictures of their silly uncles on every government communication. They generally speak very poor English (except for a few) and this creates misunderstandings around the globe. Instead of being pro-Hindu, they seem to be focused on being anti-Muslim. Which is a stupid political strategy.
I think BJP should focus on alankar and aesthetics and beautiful contemporary art. And promote secular Hindu values. Like ahimsa and dharma and karma and Anekantavada and Satyameva Jayate and vasudhaiva kutumbakam and Loka samastha sukhino bhavantu and om Shanti Shanti Shanti. And surya Namaskara and Bhoomi namaaz.

@@areascoda2912 Lmao, in what world you're living in? 😆😆😆
G20 was a great success. Whole world lauded it. Modi Govt achieved impossible in that event. Getting West and Russia, on-board. Almost all of them know English and have good command on it despite it being their 2nd or 3rd language.
What is anti-Muslim about them? Stop believing in lies and propaganda against them by vested interests and opposition. Modi Govt in fact is a Muslim appeasing entity and am saying this as someone who doesn't like appeasement of any particular group or community at the cost of interests of others.
In my opinion, BJP should focus only on its own true pan-India ideology. This should be started by correcting the legal discrimination against Hindus. BJP should just stick to its ideology and be honest about it. Should stop engaging in pseudo-secularism. All these mentioned things are only good for sloganeering only. Otherwise, this is not how world works and people think in reality and practicality.

For an Indian, one of the biggest achievements in life is to leave India. For these people, the India shining narrative helps to fight their inferiority complex. Back home, 800 million poor persons still depend on free food grains. Positively, grains are available in excess due to Agricultural revolution in the 70s.
