Love pugna. One correction: glimmer cape active stops the heal. I am almost positive that the damage you take corresponds with the heal you give. (After play-testing it, this is not the case. See comment below.)
you're right. Just demo'd it. A few patches ago, fate's edict from oracle prevented heals. Now that's not the case. Pugna heals just as much with glimmer and magic resist.@@freakelangelo
I saw this vid and like always I try to play in a way that Speeed say so. But guys, have you ever had pos5 BB and pos 4Axe? Am I cursed? I have extremely high Behavior Score to avoid these things... All of my friends has quit the game, can we propose to Valve to make a new thing. So kids 10-15 same bracket 15-20 another 20-25 and then 25+ MB 35+ because a lot of ppl are kids at 25 as well So make role Q with only adults. Only players in their late 20tis 30tis IDK MB 40tis, this game is ancient... And it's probably dying. East and West EU has to be divided, if you cannot speak Eng why TF are you playing on EU West?? Then blasting off that horrible music, listening to their fkn parents screaming at those mentally challenged kids... Kids at 30 BB axe was 27...

Oracle's Fate's Edict will block the self damage from Life Drain and allow you to heal up an ally hero's hp and mana for basically free.
Few low elo players like and know how to do this

If I was in your position I would just play classic rank and not role since they don't play there position anyways
