I have watched CSI type shows, cold case shows, hospital shows, even a series about a psychic medium that helped solved crimes. This show Quantico is the most unrealistic portrayal of the FBI and how people are trained. There are very few event's that are realistic. BUT. I love watching it. The women in the show are very lovely. The story line keeps my interest and it is not boring. I highly recommend it but don't expect realism. Seek elsewhere for that. This show is just pure entertainment.
