Great job, Martha! Just a couple of thought: 1. The term 'loan shark' is too strong and have negative tendency. I suggest to use "private money lender" where some of them act like loan shark. This might not be affecting too much, yet I believe it is good to argue using neutral/positive terms. 2. Be prepare with possibilities of question related to 'how to increase cooperation between banking sector and fintech company'. Please be aware that Central Bank still does not have adequate regulations and certainty in terms of legal position of fintech in Indonesia financial market sectors. 3. Also be prepare when using the term 'bank' since according to LD's research, most people which usually SMEs' owner avoid to have business with banking sector due to various reasons including religion motivation and unwilling to have formal debt with bank (afraid that their assets, if any, will be take over by the bank due to NPL).

Mulai dari ketentuan KUR, dari pemerintah sebenarnya sdh cukup ringan syarat first way out (lama usaha, legalitas usaha, bidang usaha yg dapat dibiayai), dan second way outnya (agunan). Namun, kemudahan ini tidak sepenuhnya bisa diterima perbankan, karena bank performance kredit yg bagus, sehingga beberapa syarat itu disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan bank itu. Misalanya, lama berusaha di peraturan pemerintah ditetapkan minimal 6 bulan, tp tidak banyak bank yg mau membiayai usaha yg baru berjalan 6 bulan. Salah satu alasannya adalah bank belum dapat menganalisa kemampuan UMKM tersebut membayar cicilan dari historis keuangan perusahaan yg hanya 6 bulan. Apalagi kalau UMKM tersebut belum memanfaatkan rekening bank u transaksi jual belinya. Namun, bank penyalur kredit juga dituntut untuk dapat menyalurkan KUR sesuai target yg ditetapkan pemerintah. Oleh karena itu, bank berupaya kerja sama dengan perusahaaan perusahaan seperti tokopedia, bukalapak, go food, dll, yg mana para pedagang yg kerja sama dgn perusahaan ini berpotensi diberikan KUR, dengan adanya penilaian kepuasan dr pelanggan terhadap pedagang tersebut dan transaksi tunai yg minimal akan mempermudah pemantauan mutasi dana dan kemampuan keuangan calon debitur. In my opinion, to make it more convincing there should be data that proves that the MSME's enterpreneur are ready for such technology, since there is no point to implement this solution if it won't work anyway because they can't use it. Maybe you can use data related to technology litteracy for these enterpreneur. 2. You express a comprehensive thought related to the demand of easier credit for MSME's, but again, to make it more convincing I guess you should also do the same in the supply side. As some of other comments has mention, please also give consideration to the risk of these enterpreneur failed to payback their loan. Also please look into some constitution and banking rules related to their risk management and data verification. All and all, good luck for the selection, and wishing all the best for you :)
Some input: Even I have no data, but I heard lots of micro business players could not afford to have smartphones which sometimes we called it unbankable. U should have answers to tackle this problem. Moreover, lots of micro business players do not have fintech-like knowledge. Also, Prepare the calculation of the impact with assumptions when the implementation is done.
