Nightmare Ipod Classic fix and upgrade

Buyer asked me to upgrade their Ipod to 256GB. It gave me problem after problem. Will I be able to fix it?

The 5th generation is the best generation anyways. The customer is getting a better sounding DAC, and the case is easier to get into. I'd just replace the case as well and make it a true 5th generation. Can't stand the 6th and 7th cases.😅
