Welcome Bernard ☺️
Thank you. Mag aral nang mabuti 🧡
thank you po! paano po kapag paid na liabilities and all nca are sold tapos ang ending cash po ay 24k pero wala na pong deficiencies among partners at mas matataas po ang total interest nila kaysa sa cash na natira. direstso distribute na po ba yung 24k based sa profit and loss ratio? at okay lang po ba na hindi equal and total interests nila sa natirang cash?
Hi po! Pano po pag 2 yung deficient partner and then may 2 pang positive partner but not enough po yung balances nila to absorbed? Ano pong gagawin?
Paano po kapag may creditors paid in full and 20k were paid to partners???
Pano po kung sa first month of realization eh hindi po nabayaran lahat ng liabilities kahit kayang bayaran nang cash?
Sabi po kasi sa first date of realization, 20% lang ng liabilities ang babayaran. So, isasali po ba siya sa schedule of safe payments? Thank you po.
Hello po. Ask ko lang po if nakalagay sa problem na hati hati yung pagbabayad sa liab, example po 60% muna babayaran sa first month. Tapos kapag po nagkaroon ng available cash from sale of nca sa first month, iaallocate po ba muna lahat yun sa buong liab sa schedule of safe payments (bago iallocate yung remaining cash sa partners) kahit next month papo babayaran yung 40% and 60% lang yung binayaran?
Wala kaming nalesson nung second assumption na nagkaroon ng cash deficiency, buti nalang meron dito. Salamat po sa malinaw na turo.
Walang anuman, LZS 🙂 Hope this video will help you. Mag aral nang mabuti ♥️
Sir!

You're welcome Nelle. Hope this video will help ❤️
Cash priority program naman po sana next. Thank you po
Hi Jessa! Cash priority program soon!
❤❤❤
Yes. Dahil may instances na certain amount lang ang available for payment to partners.
Part 2 pls
Hi sir may I ask
Our accounting professor po taught us that payment of loan should be done during the final cash payment pero bakit po sa inyo is during 1st installment?
Hello Ian. Ito ay based sa order of priority ng payment:
1. Payment of liabilities (third parties)
2. Payment to partners (apply to loan accounts first, then apply to capital accounts)
Hope it helps.
Turo po kasi kasi sa amin the differences between lump sum daw po and installment is that yung settlement of capital deficiency po and loan is done during the final cash payment
Anyway thank you po😊
I'll ask my proof po to clarify things
Cash Priority Program next
sana
Paano po pagmay liquidation expense and may cash na nakatabi for next month para sa liquidtaion expense?
Hello Allan! Icoconsider din ang anticipated liquidation expense as "possible loss", therefore icoconsider din yan sa pag computation sa schedule of safe payments. Hope it helps.
@@FilipinoAccountingTutorial paano naman po yung cash withheld for next month liquidation expense?
what if there's only 3 companies, and 2 of them deficit, but the only one who didn't cannot fully compensate the deficit?
Eliminate yung deficit thru Right of offset, investment, or absorption ng loss of other partner.
@@FilipinoAccountingTutorial thank you po
time check: 7:45 am
exam namin mamaya: 9 am
ako lang ba🤭
Haha. Good luck on your exam, jossel 🙂 Hoping for the best results! ♥️
Pano po kapag may drawing account with credit balance po ?
Hello Kristine. Add sa capital if credit balance ang drawing.
@@FilipinoAccountingTutorial how about po kapag zero balance na po Yung capital Ng partner before distributing of cash and Yung other assets po zero balance na din ? Bale Wala napong theoretical loss?
Thank you po
Hi Sir! Does notes payable to a partner means loan to the partner? Anw, thankyou for this video po!
Hello Angela. Yes, notes payable to partner is similar in loans payable to partner in nature. Hope it helps.
@@FilipinoAccountingTutorial It did! Thank you so much po.
Hello po Ma'am/Sir. Good day po! Ask ko lang po kung magkapareho lang po ung Schedule of Cash Payment and. Schedule of safe payment?
Thank you po!
Hello Purple. First time ko mabasa yang schedule of cash payment. If almost same process naman yan sa kung ano ang nasa video, then magkapareho lang yan dalawa. Hope it helps.
@@FilipinoAccountingTutorial Thank you Sir. Big help po. Godbless.
We're happy it helps Purple.
for example...
First apply sa loan, then sa capital.
Loan will have balance of 60K
Capital still 540K
@@FilipinoAccountingTutorial thanks pi
For example:
In June, assets with a book value of 220,000 were sold for 180,000, creditors were paid in full and 20,000 was paid to partners?
@@FilipinoAccountingTutorial Thank you. 😊😊.
Thank you!😊
