Great video. I am trying to decide which type of flooring to go with, wpc vs spc. Any additional comments for expansion & contraction and water resistance of the core?
If it's 100% waterproof why does it require expansion gaps and transitions every so many ft. Does the material absorb water or is it the polymer that is expanding. How is this different than LVP which does not require expansion gaps or transitions? thanks
100% waterproof but that doesn't mean you can just leave a spilled bottle of water on the floor. You have a good 8 hours to clean up the best without any damage
Metal is also waterproof (which means that water doesn't enter it) but it also requires gaps for expansion due to temperature and environmental circumstances
