I was there riding the train in the open air car just 3 weeks ago. The ride is great bc it goes thru the country with beautiful scenery. Everyone should ride it al least once.

You'd never survive under a train. Aside from tanks/etc, most engines have blades that hang inches off the rails to clear obstacles. They would make short work of anyone who was laying there. I have heard that subways have enough undercarriage room though... Not that I'd suggest trying it.

I've been wondering if this is where the upgraded Thomas would go next after the East Coast Museum. Where he is now is the question. I'm guessing he is/was in Alabama, at the Heart of Dixie Museum.
What a shame.they should atleast redesign the empty thomas to actually run by itself.its would be more interesting to see it pull the train itself, and not be pushed by another train.
Not forward, just up and down. Because of the weight of the cars, as the wheels pass over, the rails and the ties go down, after the wheels pass by the rail and the ties move up a little.
