________ (Name), I forgive you for all the pain you caused me in my life. (Be specific about what you are forgiving this person for. It really helps to get it out.) I forgive you for not being able to love me and protect me the way I needed and the way I was supposed to be loved and protected. I forgive all the injustices you committed against me. I forgive you for not being able to see the treasures in me. I release you from your debt of owing me anything in return. I hold nothing against you. I choose to bless you and not curse you. I release you completely to Jesus. You are free to go. My heavenly Father will meet every need that I have.
