About Chase Eagleson:
Chase Eagleson is best known for his work on his RUclips channel covering popular songs in an acoustic style and performing original music. Many of these videos also feature his sister and fellow musician, Sierra Eagleson. Chase took formal guitar and drum lessons in his early teens for a couple years, but eventually continued self-teaching new instruments, singing and music production. Chase Eagleson produces most of his content, from official music releases to his RUclips videos, from his home studio he has built over the years. I agree, but at the same time, It's not easy to have a song with this atmosphere, and pull off the correct emotion.
i find this to convey a different meaning because of the tone. I really like it.
Stupid comment tbh. In no way is this "lacking". Musically it's perfect, just because this is a different interpretation to the original song doesn't necessarily mean it's any less powerful. Picture this, a group of people want to rise up against the powers that be, however, things don't go to plan and they all get killed/imprisoned. Imagine one survivor singing this track, perhaps reflecting on the original hopes and dreams of the people uprising. It's a different setting/interpretation to the original track but works just as well. You need to open your eyes to world of music and emotion before commenting rubbish like this.
Tom Evans “Empty Chairs At Empty Tables” from Les Mis comes to mind! Or an alternative ending to V for Vendetta where V fails and the crowd outside parliament are mowed down by the government!
