Did you both get the achievement with this attempt ? I play Lyney, I'm sure I didn't get hit once, and yet I didn't get the achievement... Could it be because Lyney loses HP when he fires an arrow ?
Yup, we both got the achievement! We had to keep restarting whenever we got attacked with electro. Maybe an I-frame elemental burst and getting hit with electro still counts! Lyney's HP drain should not make you lose the achievement.

Do both players need to dodge to get the 3rd achievement? I'm helping another person to get this achievement (I already have it).
I cannot confirm for sure but it's better for both players to dodge just to be safe.
