For anyone wondering about Doug, or his offerings, he is and always has been really responsive with any questions. His transbrake seems to be working great. Without throwing anyone else under the bus, he has better customer service than a big company from what I have seen and experienced. My buddy Bryan has done nothing but struggle with being told his transmission was the source of his problem, and it was gone through and checked MULTIPLE times. Put Doug's brake in back to back, and clearly Doug's brake works, so it's not a transmission issue. Thank you Doug for your time and help!
