IC Trains Hamburg-Kopenhagen in Hamburg (Summer 2023): Change of Generations - Class MF and EB

Since end of June 2023 mostly Siemens Vectron locomotives with IC1 coaches run between Hamburg and Copenhagen. The locos belong to Danish state railways DSB and they are called class EB there. The trains run without control car. That's why normally a second EB is already standing in a track south of Hamburg central station. When all passengers have got out, the train goes on into the sidings south of central station. The second locomotive follows. It will haul the train on its way back to Copenhagen. So the locomotive that has just arrived doesn't have to run around the train.
In May, 2023, Danish Diesel multiple units of class MF had still been on all trains of this service. Even in July sometimes MF can be seen as trainsets.
