It’s a common wordplay joke where I take the intro and say it’s part of the outro.

Yes! The original “Fight, fight, fight! Kiss, kiss, kiss...” in my book, lol.
The cricket reference Gavin is mentioning is basically saying that when you wave your hand to do a Jedi mind trick, it reminds him of when an umpire waves his hand to indicate a 4 run for others on the field, batsman or the cameras to understand. Not a joke or anything.
The wave is like sign language, it's universal so if English is not your first language you know what the wave means.
The "sequel" to the explanation that we wanted, but we didn't need.
Also, it's a nice way to compare your old animation style with the current one, Shaun. :)

It's understandable when it's not their main language. It pisses me off when it's someone who grew up learning and speaking English as their first or only language because English was my third language that I had to learn properly to live in America.

I just saw Invader Zim's house behind the Death Star. Also, I'm glad Gavin's giving the abridged version of Star Wars. It's such a complex franchise
Out of everything he forgets the one thing he does remember is that Luke put on a blind fold
that FUPA reference in the colour and style of the letters
Ready Set Show, where Jeremy and Trevboy have the synopses to the Star Wars films and Gavin has to "fill in the blanks". Or Gavin has to create the synopses and they do a point system for his accuracy. Or create a madlib from the synopses. Just throwing ideas.

It amazes me that someone who (a few years ago) barely understood Star Wars is directly responsible for one of the best scenes in a Star Wars movie.

The cricket hand wave is the signal the umpire makes when 4 runs are scored. He’s mostly wrong but does involve hand movements.

I would love to see Gavin write a summary of any film, just to see whether he is close to explain what exactly happened.
Would have to be films he doesn't care about so he didn't commit details to memory. Films he likes or cares about he probably could summarize well.
