How this is supposed to work? I can't understand, I've tried to build it into a simulator (Tinkercad) trying to grasp the idea, but the LED never gets ON. The Voltage across Emitter and Collector is always V (12V), the Base is never activated. The voltage across the capacitor is always 0V.
