    This video is to help gain the ability to move in a lateral direction more efficiently and to help you understand exactly what is needed with your body to move into a change of direction. Being able to use the core musculature to maintain spinal alignment is part of Changing direction and in this video will explain how to use your core musculature to help you gain more speed into the next direction.
    It can be applied to all sports that have athletes change direction explosively such as: Football, Basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Field Hockey, Ice Hockey, Baseball, Softball, Tennis, Volleyball, Rugby...
    Workout:
    6 - 8 x each direction with the Shift, Load or Pivot & Drive
    3 - 6 x each with R-Band with the Shift, Load or Pivot & Drive
    6 - 8 x each direction on command @ 85%
    3 - 6 x each with R-Band on command @ 90%
    2 - 5 x each on command @ 100%
    *Athlete needs to lean while driving knee across body
    *Core should activated during entire movement
