One feedback don't interrupt the guest when he is narrating a story, you as a host might be aware but we as audience might not be. So let the guest explain or tell something because it might be new thing for the Audience.
Ram Sevak ji you are a great Jan Sevak. If we have more such bureaucrats, India will be the most developed nation on earth.
I became fan of. Ram sevak sharma sir after reading his book about making of aadhar. This podcast is inspiring. I agree with other comments about sometimes questioning is disturbing the speaker.
I would suggest please call Ajay bhushan Pandey Sir, he was also part of uidai team, later lead the GST implementation team. Listening to him would also be a big learning for us.

Brilliant podcast - however interviewer could have toned down the interjections, completing sentences and paraphrasing which was quite irritable. The guest was quite gracious to put up with it.

Amazing podcast. But please dont mix English and Hindi too much. Stick to one. I see Ram sir is very comfortable in Hindi, still questions repeatedly asked in English.

Sharma dismissed these disclosures on Twitter, stating that the information could not be used to harm him. The information was used to make a symbolic deposit of ₹1 in one of his bank accounts, to demonstrate the potential for misuse. The UIDAI made a statement indicating that this personal information concerning Mr. Sharma was already in the public domain. In December 2020, Sharma's Aadhar number was used to fraudulently register him for an agricultural benefit scheme, the PM Kisan Yojana
