I was naturally a skinny guy growing up 160-170 at 6’1. I said f this and bulked to almost 200 I hated how I looked yes I was stronger but I quickly got back down to 175-180 but being quick and agile is so much better than being heavy to lift more. I agree Floyd was always lighter to be more agile and quick w his fights, many guys came in to fight night 20 pounds heavier
