Okay got the rotation of the shape. But now I want to lock the shape to a certain position on the picture. Then I want to rotate them simultaneously. When I go back to rotate with shape it just rotates both again. Please help!
I want to rotate the picture without rotating the shape or placeholder...and I just can't find the option...on Google Slides it is as simple as activating the trim function and it gives you the option to resize the picture and rotate it, without modifying the placeholder...PPT it's so annoying
I would have to test, but you may be able to hold the shift key while rotating. That often maintains the dimensions. I hope that helps. Thanks for watching!
Hello! Create the shape with the image like in this video, then right-click the shape and select "Save as picture" and then you can choose the file type as PNG, JPEG, GIF, or other options. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!
I have a picture in an image box, but the picture was not taken level and is out of level by a couple degrees. I do not want to have my image box unlevel and only want to rotate the picture within the box.... not the box itself, or my document will look strange with an image that is not level. Can you help?
Step 1: right click on photo and save on your computer. Skip step 1 if you have original photo on your computer. Step 2: open photo in "Photos" application and go to edit section Step 3: move the rotation slider at the bottom to align your photo. Step 4: save it and use this aligned photo in your Doc/PPT. I hope this helps.
What a fucking piece of crap software. I have been forced to work with this software for the past 10 years and every time I step inside it I must open a tutorial. I have switched to Inkscape, photoshop, illustrator and figma overtime without this much trouble. Every time a client ask me to do anything with ms suite I tell my self that I cant wait to see ms suite burn to fire and be obsolete. Thanks for the help!
but the image, stretches. how do you avoid that? i just want to add an image inside the shape without the ratio distorting.
This was SO helpful and I spent a solid hour trying to figure this out before I stumbled on your link. THANK YOU!
