Ur wrong and correct it acts like mmo but it technically isnt since u can be offline altho their is co op mode for bosses from sub quests but wasnt meant to be mmo but its loads of fun up to u to play it or not its personly fun for me

How can i increase hp?
Put points into VIT when you lvl up, or find accessories with the +X% Max HP stat. Other than that, your HP increases somewhat just from leveling up.
