Experimental music is more than just sound; it's a cultural statement. By pushing boundaries and challenging norms, it can reflect and shape societal changes. It's a space for marginalized voices to be heard and for new ideas to emerge. Well done Max!!!
Thanks! Those pickups are reproductions of the old Valco models from the 50’s and 60’s. I’m sure many a young punk expressed themselves with something similar.
How do you like the response? I find these things way different than the usual P90s I work with. They seem like they're meant for more of a fat lead sound and less of a rhythm jangle than I usually do. Are you playing neck only the whole time (hard to tell which way the switch is going)?
@@MalleableSound I requested a bridge pickup, and they sent me a neck instead, so maybe you’re on to something. Maybe if I got what I asked for, I would have hated the way it sounded. Things happen for a reason, I suppose.
Very cool! 🎸🎸🎸🎸🎸🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻🎅🏻

it really pays off to have the right pick-ups.
Just when I thought this guitar couldn’t be any more fun to play.

That groove starting at 0:35 is killer. Nice sound too!
That was my inner 90’s coming out
Nice tryout Max! 👍👍👍
Thanks Tomas. The neck is slightly quieter than the bridge, but I like it a lot.
You are very welcome!
Really punk improv. Very cool!

@@ShiceSquad Yes, neck only. I like the way it sounds, but it’s not as loud as the bridge. I didn’t notice any hum either
Seems like a good purchase??? It's certainly not impeding you!!
