This looks fun. More like the Civilization games than Sim City. I'm curious to see what sets it apart, what the win conditions will be, if the conditions changed based on the leader you pick... I've never heard of Oxide Studios before, either, but I'd be willing to bet money that some of the founders worked on a Civ game.
